Supportive faculty, strong academics, and industry-ready education with scope.
Placements: The students got internships in hospitals, clinics, and rehabilitation centres with roles such as physiotherapist, rehabilitation therapist, and sports physiotherapist. Around 60-70 percent of students got internships. The package provided by the college is also good.
Infrastructure: The college has good infrastructure to support the course. It provides students with a strong Wi-Fi connection, well-equipped laboratories, and spacious classrooms that help students learn effectively and efficiently. We love to study with things that help us engage in studies.
Faculty: The teachers are so helpful and knowledgeable, they provide us with the knowledge enough for academic and provide us with hands-on skill training with practical experience. The course curriculum is well structured, focusing on both theoretical and practical skills. Semester exams are moderate, and the pass percentage is good.
Other: I chose this course because it provides us with hands-on clinical exposure, supportive teachers, and growing industry demand. It is a professional course with good career scope. The college provides good extracurricular activities.

B.Sc. in Nursing - Batch of 2027

I am absolutely satisfied.
Placements: There is 90% student placement in the B.Sc. Nursing course, and an average package is offered. There is a 100% internship opportunity available for the B.Sc. Nursing course, with placements at Medanta and Apollo Hospitals in big cities. Students learn a lot of things during the internship phase. There are maximum placement opportunities.
Infrastructure: Good facilities and infrastructure are available for the B.Sc. nursing course. There are well equipped labs, classrooms with smart boards, and a library. It provides a variety of books related to the course. Good-quality food is available in the canteen and mess. Medical facilities are average. Sports activities are conducted every year.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is good. Teachers complete the syllabus on time. There is positive interaction between teachers and students. The course curriculum is relevant, and the semester exams are not difficult.
Other: I chose the B.Sc. Nursing course because I have a strong interest in healthcare and helping people. The best things about the course are the practical and clinical exposure. It helps me gain real-life experience in hospitals and understand patient care properly. Some improvements in the course include additional workshops and skill-based learning sessions. The campus organizes various events and fests. The campus environment is peaceful and supportive. Internet facilities are average. Scholarship facilities are available for eligible students. Extracurricular activities such as sports, debates, health awareness programs, and cultural programs are also conducted.

We have a very helpful teacher and good placements in 2024, good infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: As a nursing professional, Miet Kumaon College of Nursing is good, and placements of students depend upon their performance and experience. 100 percent of nursing students got internships in a government hospital in Haldwani. The teachers do their best for us.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is good, and all facilities are available. They are important for college, we have all nursing facilities, like a fundamental lab, a nutrition lab, a pediatric lab, and all facilities that are initially for nursing college. They provide good quality food in the hostel.
Faculty: Our teachers are very helpful, highly qualified, and highly knowledgeable, and they are very concerned about their students. Clinical duty and nursing practices make the students industry-ready. Our semester is sometimes delayed, which affects the semester time period. Sometimes exams are tough for me.
Other: I chose this course because the medical field has better opportunities in career, clinical practice is improved, and the course. Our college also arranged a fest every year and time-to-time events, connectivity, and extracurricular activities.

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) - Batch of 2027

One of the worst colleges you can find.
Placements: Placement I like 40% and 40 thousand per month it would be the highest and top recruiting companies are like Land Rover. 50% of students get internships from the course and like Paytm and all, and top roles offered in our course are sales executive. I have recently talked with my super senior and they tell me about the placements and all, and they will tell that you get minimal salary and many of the students are placed but they are not willing to enjoy the companies because of the salary because they are offering very less salaries to them. That's why they started looking for another job or like they are doing MBA.
Infrastructure: Very bad infrastructure of college and Wi-Fi also not working here. The classrooms are like not painted well. I think government hospitals are much more better than our college. Please don't choose this college because of feels, instead you can go to Nainital or Bhimtal for colleges because there is a government college you can choose that instead of MIET Kumaon.
Faculty: Faculty members are very strict. They always tell you to follow rules and to get marks, and teachers are also not well knowledgeable. Some teachers are, and management is also very bad. The semester exams are not that much difficult. The behavior of teachers is very bad and they are always scolding children and they also charge fine for not coming to college one day and we don't know where that money is going because it is not coming back to us as anything.
Other: I have chosen BBA to gain knowledge about how business is and definitely BBA will help me in my career, but this college is and the campus life is very active. You go to college at 9:00 a.m. and you get back to home at 4:00 p.m. It is the departing time. It has been 6 months and we have not had any freshers party and all, and crowd campus has too many girls here, boys are less compared to else, and no sports activities in all take place, and sports equipment are not maintained. Actually, does not have sports equipment.

I'm satisfied as I think it's the best value for money we you are looking for BBA .
Placements: I'm a third-year student right now, and most of my classmates have been placed, so I think the college is working pretty well with placements. Even though the companies don't directly come to our college, we go to IPEC Ghaziabad (a sub-branch of our main MIET Meerut) for placements. Companies like Paytm, Concentrix, Hike Education, Wealth Clinic, and Star Health Insurance come for placement drives. Although the package may be 2-3 LPA, it’s still decent for a fresher and is value for money in terms of what we pay in college. I myself cleared the Star Health Insurance interview, but most of the profiles were for BDA and sales. Considering we are BBA students, I think it’s a good way to start.
As for internships, I'm not interested in Sales, HR, or Marketing, so I haven't relied on the college for internships. However, a few of my classmates have secured internships at Unacademy and Cincool as Sales and HR interns with a stipend of 5-10K.
Infrastructure: College infrastructure is not as huge as they portray; it is decent but still small. Grounds are good and huge, which is a plus point, but the main building feels a little cramped. Wi-Fi is good and available for everyone to use 24x7. Labs have been given a lot of thought and effort. As for the library, I can’t say much since I never used it.
Faculty: Teachers are all helpful; as the number of students is comparatively small, teachers put a little extra effort into each and every one, which is a good thing. They are all well-qualified and knowledgeable, with ample experience to back that up as well.
As for the teaching quality, I wasn't satisfied; at times, they made the environment worse than school, like when you have to write notes in class while the teacher dictates and then check them later. I think this course and curriculum are super relevant, as it includes all the essentials for today's world. For example, they added a subject, Business Analysis, to our curriculum, which is highly in demand—this is super amazing. Yes, it makes us somewhat industry-ready, as our curriculum includes PPT and GD sessions, which are good for developing soft skills.
The semester exams are a cakewalk for me; I find them super easy. I can't comment on the pass percentage, but yes, quite a few students get backlogs.
Other: I'm a BBA student and I was sorted in mind way before that I had to go in management line and being a commerce student I choose this for myself. The best thing about this course is it changed a total introvert like me to a lil talkative who is not afraid to talk in large crowd and give a presentation and also it helps me build a strong corporate commutation I know that what and how to speak in a formal environment. Our college do organise a lot of events they celebrates each and every festive or event with a log of charm and energy, Quite recently they organised a huge Annual event Ullas in April ending which was paced with local stars and energetic performances. Cm Dhami ji has also visited us in number of occasions so that becomes an event in itself but the event which I liked the most was the 3 Day international conference which was super engaging and knowledgeable. If I talk about scholarships so yes they do provide it to Sc St where all of their feels is covered. Campus surrounding is good and is filled with greenery and a lot of different varieties of flowers.

Almost value for money. You can get a lot of personal attention and motivation.
Placements: 70% students got placement after enrolling in this college. One of the best places to learn skills. Companies like TCS and Wipro are also available for the students. Roles offered are customer support executive, human resource Recruiter and sales executive.
Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure are top notch and all the required books are available in the college and Wi-Fi facilities are also there. A huge library with some of the best books is there. The quality of facilities available in our hostel is amazing. The food is also good and hygienic.
Faculty: The teachers were really helpful, qualified and knowledge. The teaching quality was also amazing and very kind. The course makes us understand all the fundamentals we need to know to enter an industry or corporate. The difficult semesters are 3 and 4. The pass percentage is 40%.
