You have 98.02%, so your chances of getting admission into these colleges is low as all the cut off for all these colleges fall in the range of 99.99 to 98.65 percentile. There is as such no cutoff for ILS seats. The admission are mostly profile based, the cut off remains the same, only the difference is in a candidate's profile.
