Hello Arun, no college gaurantees 100% placements. But the college works very hard for the students placement and to makes sure that all those who opt for placements get placed. Nldalmia has a good record for placements.

All the students applying for gdpi, have to go through the process of gd and pi. And then the weightage is given to all the rounds plus your score in cmat; based on this a list will come. So if you apply, you will be called for the gdpi rounds

The admission will depend upon a score derived by giving weightage to your percentile score and gdpi rounds, and will also keep in consideration your academics. If you perform well in your gd and pi rounds you do stand a chance to get in.

Average package of placement here ranges approximately to around 6.5 lakhs p.a. And the fees is 3 lakhs p.a.
