It is an excellent college compared to any other government college.
Placements: There are no placements at our college. It is a college that provides only general courses like B.A., B.Sc., and B.Com., so placements are very low compared to any other college.
Infrastructure: The college has four floors and a separate student union hall. Classrooms are big but don't have smart boards. The infrastructure is fine. There is a fountain in the college. There is a library that provides many books that students need. There is no Wi-Fi.
Faculty: Teachers are very good. They are very knowledgeable. They are highly qualified. Most teachers hold Ph.D. degrees. They help students a lot. Semester exams are easy to pass if you attend classes regularly. 33% is the passing percentage.
Other: I chose this course because it will help me to pursue UPSC. The best thing about our course is that it is a literature course, so I get to read many novels, poems, and many other things. The college is good. The environment is good.

Honest Review by a student.
Placements: 65% of students were placed in this course. Almost all student who scores more than 75% in the final exams they got internship in multinational colleges and companies. The literature section of this department is one of the best. The literary, assistant manager is the top role offered in our course.
Infrastructure: The Lab, library, classrooms of this department is absolutely nice, Wi-Fi availability is good. The medical facilities and psycho training cell is good but currently the only thing is decreasing is the quality of food in canteen, they should work on that.
Faculty: The teachers are absolutely helpful and skilled, knowledgeable and take teach really good. They are always helpful towards the students. The passing percentage of the college is 35%, semester exam is quiet tough, but it is upon the students how they will perform.
Other: I choose the course for engaging and knowing about the literature. This surroundings, scholarships and extra curricular activities are very good. But they're late with Events, Fest and freshers welcome party.

Placements: Our college doesn't give any placements. I study at New Alipore College, affiliated with Calcutta University. You have to work hard to get a good placement. I suggest that if you want placement, then go for the better options. That will help you. Especially in this competitive era, you have to work hard.
Infrastructure: New Alipore College in Kolkata provides a good infrastructure for its B.A course, and offers hostel facilities for female students. The college is affiliated with Calcutta University. The college provides well-maintained facilities that support the B.A. Curriculum. The campus has spacious classrooms, with some equipped with modern technology like smart screens and projectors. There are also well-equipped computer labs with advanced IT infrastructure.
Faculty: Curriculum focuses on imparting disciplinary knowledge, promoting critical thinking, and developing communication and digital literacy skills. Courses cover subjects. Examination system at New Alipore includes both internal assessment and end-semester examinations in accordance with the university guidelines.
