PGDM is a two-year full-time course approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India. This course at NDIM was also granted MBA equivalence from AICTE in 2008 and Accreditation by ASIC, UK since 2014. NDIM deals with the application procedure online. The applicants may do so by completing the application form and accessing the prospectus on the NDIM websites. The application fee is non-refundable and INR 1,000. To apply, the steps to be taken by the candidates are as follows:
Step 1: Visit NDIM official web and choose Apply Now.
Step 2: Registering, you have to fill in your name, email address, mobile number, etc.
Step 3: When the information is keyed in, save and continue is selected.
Step 4: This page will be redirected to a payment gateway where the applicants will be able to apply a credit card, debit card, UPI or net banking to pay the application cost of INR 1,000.
Step 5: When payment is done, the payment gateway will issue students with an application number. Along with this, the institute will also send a hard copy of the prospectus and advise the candidates of GD and PI schedules.

The NDIM BBA programme is delivered in two shifts over the course of three years.NDIM University has authorised an intake of 180 seats in BBA (first shift) and 180 seats in BBA (second shift) at the institute. Tabulated below is the bifurcation of course fees for the BBA programme:

Students at NDIM are provided with accommodation, and the hostel rooms are fully furnished with amenities including sports facilities, libraries, internet access, etc. Students have access to a modern gym on campus. NDIM admissions are both direct and entrance-based. The admission process begins with online applications. Candidates must fulfil the basic eligibility requirements before applying for BBA / BCA courses at the institute. The admission at NDIM is conducted in the following two ways:
- Direct admission: The College fills only 10% of seats for direct admission via Management quota.
- Entrance-based admission: For the 90% of seats, the admission is entrance-based. Aspirants need to qualify for either CUET or IPU CET exams with a valid score
At last, university-level central counselling is conducted by GGSIPU for the final seat allotment to all its affiliated colleges.
NDIM accepts admission to PGDM course via online mode. Students need to fill an online application form along with paying an amount of INR 1,000 as an application fee.
