    The library has the collection of 26,665 books, covering areas ranging from the technical to the general, textbooks and scripts. It also has the collection of 200 journals, 4000 periodicals, 889 photographs, 1064 gramophone records and 616 slides.The library also has a vast collection of press clippings of reviews on various plays performed by NSD students, the TIE company (Sanskaar Rang Toli), and the NSD repertory company appearing in English/Hindi newspapers.

Age limit should be 18 years and maximum is 30 years. Your son is still too young at 12 to join the National School of Drama (NSD) since their normal courses have a minimum age criterion of 18 years. But he can begin by enrolling in NSD's Theatre Workshops for Children, held in various cities.
