Best paramedical college in Durgapur.
Placements: Minimum 20% of students get placement. The highest package in 2023 is 8 crores. The total course fee is 2 lakhs and 67 thousand rupees. Per year, we paid 60 thousand rupees. Lab fee is 250 per semester and sports and library fee is 3000 per year. Very sincere and good professors.
Infrastructure: Faculty members are very good in teaching. All types of languages are available (Hindi, English, or Bengali). There are 2 labs with many machines and all machines are in good working condition. Wi-Fi is available 24/7. All facilities have MBBS graduates. The canteen is very good at cheap prices. Sports and games are done per year at the end of the year.
Faculty: Semester exams are not so difficult. If you study well, then your exams will go well. Their lab techniques are very good. Lab faculty members teach all tests very well. There is a minimum of 1 class each day for practicals and a maximum of 3 classes for practicals in a day. The pass percentage is 35%.

All about Paramedical College, Durgapur.
Placements: Paramedical College, Durgapur, is a well-known paramedical institute in West Bengal. If talking about placement the college sometimes provide it and sometimes not. I am pursuing a B.Sc. in MLT, which is a course based on laboratory technology. Most seniors get placed on their own skills; a few get placed by campusing. Those companies are Redcliff Labs, Lal Path Labs, and Healthword Hospital.
Infrastructure: If it comes to infrastructure, that is good enough. There is Wi-Fi available 24/7 in classrooms. And labs are available on every subject, like our Biochemistry Lab, Pathology Lab, and Microbiology Lab. Girls hostels are a heaven-like place in our college; cleanliness is everywhere, but you have to pay a hefty amount—seven thousand to eight thousand per month. The canteen, or you can say mess, provides three meals a day.
Faculty: Faculty members—I have never seen such cool faculty members or professors in my life. They are way more supportive than you can imagine. They are all very qualified in their own fields. They will guide you, except for classes. No exams are that hard and it depends on hard work. You have to score a minimum of 30% at least.
Other: I chose this course because I am willing to open my own lab. The best thing about the course is that you will be able to communicate with patients about their experiences. There is one yearly fest and one grand fest and foodies are welcome. Sports Day also happens with games like cricket, volleyball, sprint, etc.

Things that can help you decide if you should take admission to this college or not are mentioned.
Placements: More than 50% of students get placed here, but you have to do it on your own. College management will surely help you. Lal path Labs and many labs, whether they are in the health world or Mission Hospital, recruit BMLT professionals more often. Blood bank or pathology technologies are the positions.
Infrastructure: Hostels are well cleaned, and rooms are three- or four-bed, with an attached bathroom or common bathroom. The college lab and classrooms are Wi-Fi-enabled. College holds a sports day and other fests like the yearly fest,  etc. Our college has its own ambulance for medical emergencies.
Faculty: All teachers or faculty members are well educated, hold a minimum M.Sc. degree in their subjects, are Ph.D. holders, and have huge experience. They guide us very generously. If one puts effort into his study, he will surely get the result. Semester exams are not that hard. The subjects that you will learn during this course will help in upscaling your skills and will make you industry-ready.
Other: I mainly chose this course because I have an interest in the medical field and also because my parents agreed. The best thing about the course is that you can start a pathology lab with your own certificate. If I had a suggestion, I would upgrade the classrooms to air conditioning.

Our college is very good.
Placements: Almost 80% of students got placed from our college in different private medical colleges and hospitals like Apollo Hospital, IQ City Medical College and Hospital, Gouri Devi Medical College, The Mission Hospital, Serum, Dr. Lal Path Labs, etc. The salary package offered is 1.8 LPA.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our classrooms is very good. The audio-visual system is available in every classroom for better understanding. Laboratories are well-developed. The library is very good, and all course-related books are available. Our college provides a separate hostel for boys and girls. Our college provides outdoor sports facilities.
Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified and knowledgeable. Their teaching quality is good. The course curriculum makes students industry-ready. We have 2 internal exams every semester.
Other: Our college provides training in different government and private hospitals.

Placements: Around 100% of students got placed in this course. The highest salary package offered is 3 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 1.5 LPA. The government and non-government companies visit our college for recruitment. Many students got internships in this course.
Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure are very good. Free Wi-Fi is available on campus. Classrooms are fully modified and projectors are also available in classrooms. The library is highly modified and all kinds of course-related books are available. A digital library is also provided in this college.
Faculty: Teachers are well qualified and knowledgeable. Our course curriculum is relevant. Semester exams are held semester-wise. The pass percentage is 50%. If you study hard then you can score good marks.
Other: I like medical laboratory-related work so I opted for this course.

Placements: Around 85% of students got placed. The highest salary package offered is 3 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 1.5 LPA. The government and non-government sectors are mainly hospitals and nursing homes. Almost 100% of students got internships in this college.
Infrastructure: Facilities are good in this college. It provides an aqua guard, clean washrooms, and laboratories. All kinds of medical kits and machines are available. The library is fully modified and several books are available. The food quality is average. The canteen is also clean. Medical facilities are provided. The sports ground is also available on premises.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful and they are well qualified. All teachers are highly knowledgeable and they have high degrees in their core subjects. Students become 100% industry ready. Semester exams are difficult. If you do not study then you may get supplementary.
