Rakesh Tayal, Vice Chairman at PIET, expressed his delight at the achievement, saying, “PIET believes in the spirit of Education 4.0 and a pedagogical/learning approach that emphasises on ‘Beyond Class Room Learning’ rather than ROTE learning. As one of the best engineering institutes in Delhi NCR, PIET has taken the lead in mentoring students interested in starting their own businesses; the students are being mentored by a select team of experts, including Dr.Rajiv Gulati, former Head of UNTIL ( United Nations Technology Innovation Labs), with support from India's leading accelerator, the Indian Accelerators. PIET's efforts have also paid off, with the MHRD awarding them a 5 Star Rating, placing them in a select group of 125 institutions across India.”

“These recognitions are testimony to PIET's continued efforts to encourage science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) driven innovation, whether it be PIET's Start up Incubation Centre, Super 30 batch, or PKAT,” Rakesh Tayal added.

Absolutely a good college.

Placements: The placement cell is too good, but students don’t want on-campus placements. I think it is because of lesser CTC offered by the company. The highest package is 42 LPA. The average package is 5–6 LPA. Once, Google also visited the campus, and a student got a job for 42 LPA.

Best college for quality education and placement.

Placements: The placement environment for CSE students at PIET is genuinely strong. The placement cell is very active and supportive, conducting regular training sessions, mock interviews, and coding practice that make a noticeable difference during the placement season. Many of us had the opportunity to sit for well-known companies such as Amazon, SAP, Watchguard, Josh Technology Group, Infosys, Capgemini, IBM, and Wipro, among several others. With such a wide range of recruiters visiting the campus, we ha...
