Faculty: Exams are okay-ish. Since right now our college comes under BCU, we had to give our first semester exams till this month when right now we should be in 2nd year and 3rd semester. Our college is a bit late but obviously it's also understandable because of this pandemic we're all still facing.
Other: All the events that us 1st years have attended have been online till now. Still looking forward for the offline events that'll be taking place in our college. They're said to be really amazing. Apparently many singers and actors have been in our college for promotion or just live singing and stuff. Looking forward for that.

    A:

You should begin monitoring the official website around March or April 2026. Typically, Presidency College BA admission dates are announced shortly after the Class 12 board results are declared. Since the cycle usually runs from April to June, staying updated early ensures you don't miss the application window. This period is crucial for gathering your documents and preparing for the Presidency College BA selection rounds, which include interviews and counseling.

Q:   What is the typical timeline for the Presidency College BA application process?
    A:

The Presidency College BA admission process generally kicks off in April with the release of online forms. Once you submit your application, the college reviews it throughout May. If shortlisted, you will be invited to the Presidency College BA campus for a personal interview and document verification between May and July. It is a structured journey designed to welcome the new batch by late July or early August for the new session.

Q:   How are the seats distributed across different Presidency College BA specialisations?
    A:

The Presidency College BA course provides a definite number of seats for a particular course like Journalism, Political Science, and Psychology. This is done by the Presidency College authorities so that the classes are not packed. With a definite number of seats allocated to a particular Presidency College BA course, the teacher-student ratio is up to industry standards.

Q:   Can the number of Presidency College BA seats change for the 2026 session?
    A:

The total number of Presidency College BA seats can vary slightly based on approval from Bengaluru City University. The college is going to announce the final seat count during the admission notification. If there is a massive surge in applications, the college management decides when to close admissions. It is always best to apply early to improve your chances of grabbing one of the available Presidency College BA spots.
