CBSE Physical Education Class 12 Question Paper 2026 Pattern
The Theory paper of CBSE Class 12 carries 70 marks and project work comprises 30 marks. The distribution of questions in each section as per CBSE Class 12 exam pattern is given below.
- Section A: This section consists of 18 multiple-choice questions (MCQs), each worth 1 mark.
- Section B: This section contains questions that require short answers of about 60-90 words. Each question carries 2 marks.
- Section C: This section involves long answers. Candidates must attempt 5 questions out of 6, with each question carrying 3 marks.
- Section D: In this section, case study-based questions are asked. Questions comprises marks each.
- Section E: This final section contains long-answer questions. Candidates are expected to answer any 3 questions out of 4, with each question carrying 5 marks.
