Hello Viswanathan,
There are bright chances for you to get admission in PSGIM. Still, I suggest you to rank alternate choices which you wish, like KCT, TSM, SSN, etc.

There are bright chances to get seat in PSGIM till last year, as 300 is the last rank to get admission for MBA in PSGIM. Still it depends on the variations of student choices this year. I suggest you to have alternate colleges before attending counselling to be in the safer side. Some other colleges would be TSM and KCT.All the best.

Hostel accommodation (including mess charges and all) = INR 70,000 to INR 1 Lacs (per year). This depends on the rooms you select. There are twin sharing rooms with attached bathroom. The fee for that is 1 Lacs per year. I don't know about SSN in detail. But, roughly, the fees for 2 years duration including tuition fee and hostel accommodation would come around INR 5 Lacs.

Last year, minimum cut-off for PSGIM is 56.667 for BC category. But, this may not be the case this year. So, your community rank and students' preferences in selecting colleges of their choice only matters.
