Disappointing experience at Ramniranjan Jhunjhunwala College due to poor management and faculty.

Placements: Approximately 65% of students from the BAMMC course secured placements through college drives or independent applications, with around 80% receiving internship opportunities during their studies. Package details include a highest of 6.5 LPA, an average of 3.2 LPA, and a lowest of 1.8 LPA. Top recruiting companies like Times Network, Reliance Entertainment, Ogilvy & Mather, The Viral Fever (TVF), and ABP News.

Infrastructure: College infrastructure is below average. Classrooms lack proper ventilation and teaching facilities. Wi-Fi is weak, labs are outdated, and library resources are limited. The hostel is congested, mess food is poor in quality, and medical/sports facilities are adequate.

Faculty: Teachers are so helpful to students, and they are qualified teachers. The exams are in students' hands, nothing is difficult, we just need to be prepared. The semester exam is easy for all, and the passing percentage is 35%.

Other: I chose this course because I want to start a career in the media house film industry. I think the course syllabus is so easy and the course needs to add some knowledge about films and music.

It has good infrastructure, excellent facilities, and qualified faculty members.

Placements: After completing the course, none of the students got placed due to the Coronavirus pandemic. Internship opportunities are given to the students during the course. Faculty members are very helpful in providing information about different placements in a lot of different companies.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our department is very good, with a computer lab and free Wi-Fi throughout the campus. The canteen is also good, with it has different food stalls inside the campus. The attendance was taken by scanning the ID card so that minimum errors occurred.

Faculty: Teachers are very qualified and helpful throughout the course. Their teaching quality is excellent. Most of the faculty members are visiting faculty members, from Journalists to Radio Jockey. Exams are easy if the students attend all the lectures.

Overall, the college is amazing.

Placements: The college provides very good placements. It provides jobs to every single student. It is helpful for students for their career opportunities. Companies always take an interview, and they try to provide the best salary package.

Infrastructure: A good Wi-Fi facility is provided by college management. It provides classrooms. All labs are neat and clean. The canteen facility is available in college. The canteen provides the best food for the whole day, but only on working days.

Faculty: All teaching staff members in our college are well-educated. They teach you the best knowledge for your best career. All staff members are helpful. Their teaching performance is the best. I will prefer students to surely visit the college.

Other: Our college conducts science exhibitions and rangoli mela.

RJ College is absolutely dissatisfying because of the faculty.

Placements: This college doesn't have placement. And the students do have discipline And manner to how to talk to our teachers because the teacher's do not have any sense to how to talk to their students. The college is not well developed. They doesn't have any ground.

Infrastructure: Library is their but when we ask for the books that we want they didn't give it to us. The classroom are dirty and the washroom also get dirty. In classroom everywhere garbage are their because of they are not cleaning the classroom. Wi-Fi is their but they give only 35mb to the students to use.

Faculty: The teachers are not helpful they do not teach the student properly and they do not help student how to study and how to ready for their future exam. They are well qualified but they do not teach the student how to get qualified and how to get excited to their studies.

Other: 1. I am interested in Mass media 2. Theoretically part will be less and practically part will be get high 3. Scholarship.

One of the best college in Ghatkopar for Mass Media.

Placements: Almost 50% of students were placed in the respective industries. The average package was around 2.40 LPA. There were on-campus placement drives from TCS and various companies. Around 30–40% of students got internships in top media houses. The top roles offered were Anchor, Editor, Content Creator, and Advertising Manager.

Infrastructure: Our Mass Media department was on the top floor. The whole classroom was equipped with projectors, and each class had air conditioners. Wi-Fi was decent, and classrooms were big and well-ventilated. The mess and canteen were okay. Food outside the college gate was very good. Sports in our college are among the best, helping students gain extra marks.

Faculty: Teachers were exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. They were well qualified, and their teaching was top-notch. They guided students like family. The overall experience made studying in this college worthwhile. The curriculum was relevant at that time. Students were trained to become industry-ready. The pass percentage was around 65%, as many students got ATKT in their semesters, so it was quite difficult for some students.

Other: I chose Mass Media as it was the best option available at that time. The media industry is one of the most futuristic and growing industries in our country. It gives me the freedom to pursue my passion as a creative person. In this course, more practical hands-on experience with the latest industry equipment should be provided. Fests were amazing, but I couldn’t attend them as I used to live far from campus.
