The college is everything you want.

Placements: Approximately 700-800 students are doing this course, a 60-70k package. They teach about the doctors' occupation, how to treat patients with their concerns, learn about multiple diseases which is harmful for our community, learning about ethics and manners that every doctor must have.

Infrastructure: There is a library in my college and it is very good for studying. There are different labs in different departments where we can perform many practicals and learn their advantages. Hostel facilities are good, food in the mess is also good and tasty. There occurs an annual event in which we can play games and enjoy ourselves.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful to us. Every faculty member is qualified and knowledgeable. Teaching quality is very good. This curriculum makes the students ready for the industry. Semester exams are quite difficult, but if you study from the start, it is very easy.

Other: I chose this course because I want to become a doctor and help people in their difficult times. The best thing is that it is an interesting day by day, and you make multiple friends, make memories with them, and have a good time. There occurs an annual event in which we play games and enjoy ourselves.

My college is good enough to become a doctor.

Placements: I'm pursuing MBBS from RD Gardi Medical College, Ujjain. I got admission in 2023 based on my NEET score. As part of the course, we have to do a one-year internship at the college's hospital, and those who have signed bonds are required to do rural service for one or two years.

Infrastructure: The college has good infrastructure, with proper labs for practicals and good medical facilities. Each department teaches students well. The quality of the hostel is good, and a variety of food is prepared every day.

Faculty: The professors are well-qualified and trained in their subjects. We have two sessionals, one pre-university exam, and one university exam. The passing percentage for each year is 50% in each subject to be promoted to the next year.

Placements: Our college does not provide placements. If you do PG, you will get jobs easily.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is average. There is no Wi-Fi in our college. Many classrooms are well-maintained, but some don't have good tables and chairs. Projectors are not good in condition. The library of our college is good. Its timings are from 8 am - 8 pm. Our college has practical labs with proper instruments. Some microscopes are not working well in some labs. The girls' hostel is well-maintained and has good facilities. The hostel fee is Rs. 1,000 per month. Some washrooms are not good. There is no good drinking water facility in the hostel. The boys' hostel is not good in condition. The mess is average. Its fee is around Rs. 3,000-4,000 per month. Our canteen does not provide many dishes. Our college provides free medical services. Sports are good.

Faculty: Professors are well-qualified, knowledgeable, and helpful. The teaching quality is good. They teach you in English. They teach theoretical and practical-based study. The patient load is good in our college, so we will get good practical knowledge compared to other private medical colleges or government colleges. There are no semester exams in our college. We have exams every year. Exams are a bit difficult. Almost 95% of students pass exams. The pas percentage is 50%.

Other: I want to become a doctor, so I chose this course. There is no BDS course in our college. Our college provides courses like MBBS, PG, MD, MS, and nursing. Our college is surrounded by greenery.

Review of Ruxmaniben Deepchand Gardi Medical College.

Placements: Our college has no placements. After completing their course, MBBS students are encouraged to seek employment in a government hospital or prepare for the PG entrance exam. The salary package offered is 15 LPA to 25 LPA. The highest salary package offered is 35 LPA.

Infrastructure: RDGMC is the oldest and first established semi-private medical college in Madhya Pradesh. The infrastructure and campus are quite old, but the resources are quite adequate. A three-storied air-conditioned library is available at the college. Classrooms are huge and spacious. The quality of hostels and canteens is not good. Students prefer to live in guest houses rather than hostels. The quality of the food is not good.

Faculty: Our teachers are helpful. You can do your studies on your own, but that does not mean you can skip classes. You have to waste your time attending lectures for the sake of attendance and learning nothing. You must go to your room or library to study. The college is affiliated with Madhya Pradesh Medical Science University (MPMSU), Jabalpur. Exams are conducted by that university, which is difficult. Nobody follows the schedule decided by the National Medical Council (NMC).

Our college is good academically but the infrastructure is average.

Placements: Most of the students are doing post-graduation from good institutions. Others are working as doctors in various settings. There is a provision for a compulsory rotatory internship which is of one-year duration but without a stipend. Interns have less enthusiasm for doing the internship since there is no stipend.

Infrastructure: Lecture theatres are good but it has no air-conditioning. Wi-Fi is not available on campus. Hostels are in miserable conditions below the living standards of medical students. There is no switchboard provided. Food available in the mess is good. Library is good but has no air conditioning which makes this very difficult to study in summer time.

Faculty: There are good teachers as well as bad teachers but overall the teaching is good. The course curriculum is relevant and it does make the student industry-ready. The difficulty level of the semester exams is high corresponding to the level of the course.

My overall experience in the college was very good.

Placements: Most of the students from this college are either doing their post-graduation or are working as doctors in good institutions. Internships are done in hospitals of the college itself, which is of 1 year. After internships, you can join as a doctor anywhere in India.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good from the outside. The campus is enormous. However, the hostels are a bit on the lower side. They do need a lot of improvement. The mess and canteens are really good. Hospital and labs are good. The library is huge and spacious with lots of books.

Faculty: The teachers are highly qualified and experienced in their fields, and the knowledge they provide is immeasurable. The clinical postings and post-graduate students also teach a lot of practical concepts. Exams are pretty tough, and the study pressure is also very high. The pass percentage is around 90%.

Other: I chose this course because it was my dream. There are events and extracurricular activities during the annual function, which are fun. However, I would wish to improve sports events.
