First of all I don't this any private college would offer you MBBS with this amount the lowest fees of private college fees is around 7 10lac year but with 420 marks it's hard to get those colleges like Manipal.

Candidate must have obtained at least 55% marks in aggregate for all categories including OBC/EWS (50% marks for SC/ST). Candidate must have completed the required period of 12 months compulsory rotating Internship/Practical training on or Before 31st Jan 2022.
Ranks differ every year but your rank must be high to get a seat as it is AIIMS Delhi.
