Overall, the college is good and has all the facilities.

Placements: Around 69% of the students got placed. The highest package offered is 15 LPA, and the lowest package is 5 LPA. Sony, Intel, Huawei, Motorola, etc., companies offered placements. Currently, the boys and girls hostels can accommodate 523 students, and they are planning to build a new block with an accommodation capacity of 138 students. There's a sewage treatment plant to treat the water used for gardening and sanitation purposes on the campus.

Infrastructure: Comfortable accommodation is the key in any student's life. Taking this into account, BMSIT&M offers well-built hostel facilities for both boys and girls. The boys' hostel is located inside the campus, and the girls' hostel at Yelahanka 4TH phase. Both the hostels have well-ventilated, spacious and furnished rooms, along with in-house dining facilities. There are separate dining halls for international students, where both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food is served separately by the mess staff. The hostel menu is prepared by the student committee, which ensures there is something for everyone.

Faculty: It is important to examine the veracity of the conclusion that well-prepared teachers and high-quality teaching matter the most. It is also important to document and understand what specific characteristics of teachers, and the school settings in which they work, contribute to successful student outcomes.
