Good placements and campus.

Placements: Around 80% of students are placed from our course. The highest package offered is around 9 LPA, the lowest is about 2 LPA, and the average package is about 5 to 4 LPA. Some of the top recruiting companies for our course include ZOHO, Infosys, CTS, TCS, etc.

Infrastructure: The classrooms contain projectors, and Wi-Fi is available across the whole campus. Library is stocked with textbooks, journals, and access to online database. The hostel facility with proper rooms, restrooms, and mess food is only vegetarian but very delicious.

Faculty: Teachers are supportive, qualified, and deliver concepts clearly. The curriculum is fairly relevant to industry focus through projects and internships. Exams are moderately difficult but manageable, with a good overall pass percentage of 8 CGPA.

Other: I chose this course for technical interest, good faculty, fests, scholarships, and also for its green campus surroundings.

It feels good on a college campus and great teaching.

Placements: I am proud to say that our college has many placements such as Zoho and TCS. Last year, in our college, 4 of our students were placed in Zoho, and many of our students were placed in top MNCs such as Zoho, TCS, Infosys, and Vdart. This year, we are still waiting.

Infrastructure: The college has an excellent and experienced faculty, and overall, the experience is good with good infrastructure. I am proud to say that our college has scored well in Anna University zonal, and we are well-versed in hockey, cricket, tennis, badminton, and others.

Faculty: It helps build a career. It gives us lots of opportunities to build our knowledge and get placements and internships. Faculty members guide us to lead a team and achieve great success in our projects. The institute helps us build soft skills.

Great academics with supportive faculty but mixed views on placements.

Placements: The college has a great placement track record especially for students from IT and circuit branches. The placement cell also conducts several training programs too. Students here got impressive packages 40 LPA which was not even expected. Average offers fall in 15 LPA-20 LPA range. Top recruiting companies are Infosys, Wipro, TCS, PWC and more. Average placement is reliable for those who are consistent in academics.

Infrastructure: The campus is well-cleaned and equipped with necessary facilities such as computer labs, seminar halls, a library and high-speed internet. The boy's hostel is situated inside the campus while the girl's hostel is situated just a few kilometers away. Only vegetarian food is served to have decent quality. The atmosphere is suitable for studies.

Faculty: Professors are well-experienced but not highly so and handle subjects. They are supportive when students take the initiative to learn or work on projects and are easy to communicate with. The course is structured into semesters that balance subjects and modern technologies. Semester exams are quite hard but can be managed.

Other: College life here comes with limited freedom compared to other campuses. However, cultural events and various activities provide enough chances to relax and enjoy. Clubs related to coding, arts, and entrepreneurship are available for interested students. The environment also encourages focus and discipline.

One of the best colleges for me.

Placements: Our college placement was very good. About 87% of students in my batch were placed. The maximum salary package offered was Rs. 27 LPA, and the minimum was Rs. 4.5 LPA. The top recruiting companies included TCS, Google, Infosys, PwC, and more. Many students in our college achieved roles in media and digital marketing.

Infrastructure: The college had good infrastructure and facilities for this course. Students had access to labs, libraries, classrooms, dining halls, dormitories, gymnasium, and more. Wi-Fi facility was available for students in classrooms. The food in the kitchen and dining hall was excellent and reasonably priced.

Faculty: All teachers were very helpful and friendly. They were highly trained and professional. The activities available in the course modules were excellent. The curriculum made students industry-ready. The semester exams were tough, however, the pass rate was 83%. Passing exams was easy. You could easily see the pass rate because, in our classroom, teachers played an important role.

Review of Saranathan College of Engineering.

Placements: 60 students are placed in my course. The highest package offered is 2.5 LPA and the lowest package is 1.5 LPA. ICICI Bank and City Union Bank visit the college for placements. All of my classmates got internships in different companies. The role offered by those banks is a managing director.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good. Libraries are good, and we can use the library during the library period or a break time. Even if we want to take some books for studies we could take them from the library. I am a day scholar so I don't know about the hostel facilities.

Faculty: Professors have ten years of experience in their related profession. They used a projector for taking classes, and it really helped us to understand the subject they taught. Exams are really tough to clear because we have to score 50 out of 100. If we get less than 50, then we will get an arrear in that semester.

Other: I would like to improve my business knowledge, so I chose this course. The best thing about the course is it helps to start up and run the business without downfalls.

Placements: 83% of students are placed in my college. The highest package is 7 LPA. The lowest package is 3.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Zoho and Wipro. 76% of students got internships from companies and top role offered is class representative.

Infrastructure: The campus spreads over 40 acres along with Chennai Madurai Expressway at Panjappur. The main academic block, known as the Secretary K. Santhanam Block, encompasses three floors over 77,000 square feet, housing classrooms, tutorial rooms, seminar halls, and specialized laboratories for various engineering departments.

Faculty: Teachers are knowledgeable. Teaching quality is good. It is interesting for students to be placed in good company. Assignments are given good knowledge to students. Pass percentage is 90%.

Other: Events are held in this college.
