Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharma.) - Batch of 2024

Absolutely dissatisfied because of faculty, no placement and bad infrastructure.
Placements: We are the first Batch of our college. The highest package around 6 LPA and the lowest was 2.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies include Sun Pharma, Cipla etc. No one received internship because we are the first Batch. The top roles offered were production executive and clinical research association.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure is not too much good and not very hi-fi. The classrooms are not well maintained and they don't have smartboard for good teaching. The hostel facility is too much bad and the food is also bad. The washrooms are not properly clean and unsatisfactory. They make food in dirty utensils and the mess kitchen is too dirty and messy. The food works are not corporate.
Faculty: The teachers are educated and helpful and friendly but they are not highly qualified for the degree. The course makes the curriculum relevant and makes the students industrial ready. The passing percentage of 1st semester is 1 percent, maximum students were failed.
Other: Because this course have too much options in future and I want to do job at industry and I want to know about medicinal education so I choose this course. This college is the worst college. So I suggest the future students if they want to choose this course they can choose another college. No events are performed. The campus is too much small and the surrounding is not well maintained and too dirty. There are no extracurricular activities are performed. This college is the worst college in Amritsar.

Absolutely dissatisfied because of bad faculty and bad placement.
Placements: We are the first batch in this college, so the overall percentage of students in this course is very low. No package is offered in this college. This college doesn’t deal with any company, and we are the first batch, so no student got an internship from our course. No top roles are offered in our course.
Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure are very bad. No smartboards are available in our classrooms for better studies. Wi-Fi is available, but the range of Wi-Fi is very poor, and the books which are important for our course are not available in the library. The hostel facilities are the worst. Bathrooms are very dirty. The food is the worst, sometimes small insects are found in curry. No medical facilities or sports facilities are available.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, but they are not highly qualified or very knowledgeable. The teaching quality is the worst. This course gives various opportunities, but this college couldn’t give us opportunities or better placement. Sometimes the semester exams were a little tough, but sometimes the questions are average.
Other: This course has many opportunities, and the best thing is that we can also start a business. Everything should be improved because this college is the worst college ever. No events or fests are performed.

I am not satisfied with its placements, faculty members, and facilities.
Placements: Almost 70% of students got placed in our course. There were no on-campus placements in this college.
Infrastructure: Laboratory was average in this college. Classrooms were better. I would rate 3 out of 5 for infrastructure. Hostel facilities were average. Canteen was also better. There were no food options available for vegetarians.
Faculty: Faculty members were very good. The teaching quality was also better. Principal sir also taught us binary code in electronics. The course curriculum was relevant to make students ready for the industry. I am very satisfied with its teachers.
Other: I opted for this course because of my interest in it.

I am absolutely dissatisfied.
Placements: It is our first batch of B. Pharmacy. Some of the top recruiting companies include pharmaceutical manufacturing firms, hospitals, clinical research, and research organizations, etc. The top roles offered are medical representative and quality control.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is average but functional. The classrooms are not spacious. Labs are also not well maintained, and some instruments need regular maintenance. Wi-Fi is available but does not work properly. The library is probably not well maintained. Course books are not available.
Faculty: Teachers are qualified and knowledgeable, and few teachers are supportive. However, the teaching quality is not consistent across all subjects. The curriculum is moderately relevant and covers the core concepts of the course, but it doesn't fully prepare students for industry. Semester examinations are difficult, and the passing percentage is less than 10 percent in this college.
Other: I chose this course because I am interested in studying medicine. Very few students are on campus, and no fests or events happen.
