PSEB 12th Exam 2021-22: The Punjab School Education Board (PSEB) has declared the PSEB 12th result 2022 for the term 1 exam on May 11, 2022. The PSEB 12th term 1 result has been declared online on the official website of the board at pseb.ac.in. However, only schools can download it from the official website using the required login credentials. Students can obtain their scorecard from their respective schools. The board has also begun the PSEB 12th exam 2022 on April 24, 2022. The exam will be concluded on May 23 with the conduction of Economics, General Foundation Course subject exam. Earlier, the board revised the PSEB 12th date sheet 2022. The board has issued a notification that states “Due to administrative reasons in the previously released date sheet of Class 12 Term 2 Board Exams 2022, the dates for certain exams have been changed.” As per the revised date sheet, the PSEB 12th exams are scheduled from April 24 to May 23, 2022, in offline mode. Final PSEB Class 12th result 2021-22 will be released after conduction of the term 2 exams on the official website and students will be able to check the same using their roll number. This year, the board has decided to conduct the Class 12 exams in the state in two terms- Term 1 and 2. The PSEB 12th Term 1 exams 2021-22 were conducted between December 13 and 22, 2021 while Term 2 exams are scheduled from April 24 to May 23 in 2022.
Term 1 exams included only multiple-choice based questions (MCQs) and term 2 will include both objective and subjective questions. Punjab Board has released the Term 1 & 2 PSEB 12th syllabus 2022, exam pattern 2022 and the model question papers to help students with the type of questions to expect in the exam.
About PSEB 12th
The Punjab School Education Board conducts the Class 12 board exams in the state. Students who have cleared their class 11 from any recognised education board and have studied Class 12 from any school affiliated with the board can appear for the examination. Students pursuing full-time or private Class 12th are eligible to appear for the board exams. The Board has prescribed the syllabus, exam pattern for PSEB Class 12 in the state. Every year, around 3 lakh students sit for the PSEB 12th exams. After successfully qualifying them, students can pursue the undergraduate courses as per their stream and interest. The minimum percentage, required by students, to clear the class is 33 per cent. This year, Punjab Board has reduced the PSEB 12th syllabus by 30 per cent in the wake of the COVID19 pandemic resulting in online education.
In 2021, the board had cancelled the PSEB 12th examinations 2021 due to the COVID19 pandemic. The Punjab Board 12th Result was announced on July 30 on the official website.

PSEB 12th Date Sheet 2022
Punjab Board has revised PSEB 12th date sheet 2022. As per the revised date sheet, the term 2 examinations are scheduled from April 24 to May 23, 2022, in pen and paper mode. The board had earlier released a detailed PSEB 10th term 2 date sheet in online mode on the official website.
Earlier, the board had released the PSEB class 12 Term 1 date sheet 2021-22 on November 23 on the official website. The examinations were conducted from December 13 till December 22, 2021. The exam date for Term 2 has been released in the last week of February 2022, a detailed date sheet is yet to be released. It is expected to be released in the first or second week of March 2022.
PSEB 12th Syllabus 2022
The Board has released the PSEB 12th Term 1 syllabus 2022 on the official website. Students must check the complete PSEB class 12 syllabus 2022 by clicking on the link provided to know all the topics and chapters to be covered thoroughly for exams. The PSEB 12th Syllabus 2022 has been divided this year. Term 1 examinations will cover 50 per cent of the syllabus while Term 2 exams will cover the rest 50 per cent. The Board has reduced the PSEB Class 12th syllabus by 30 percent in the wake of coronavirus spread.

According to the PSEB 12th Exam Pattern 2022, the minimum passing marks in PSEB 12th exams 2021 is 33 marks. The PSEB 12th exams this year will be conducted in two terms.
