IB course is not yet establish in India. But it is always good to be in growing stage because you will get many opportunities when you finish 2 year course. So, take suggestion from teachers and just go ahead.

Yes, CET, CMAT, ATMA, etc. exam scores are taken into consideration. April onwards process starts for admission in various courses. Good luck for the result.
