Student Centric Institute, Good Learning Environment.

Placements: Though I am in the second year, still I understand that our placement cell is great. Almost 80% of my seniors got placed. The average package is 2.7 lacs per annum. The highest I have heard is 4 lacs per annum. As our college is in the heart of Kolkata and not in the outskirts, it pulls many MNCs like CTS, Sun Pharma, GSK, Lupin, Abbott, Cipla and many more. Not only in placements, our college has achieved great heights in competitive exams like GPAT. This year, a student got 50th rank in GPAT.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is pretty basic, with little area to play. You cannot expect a ground. There's two building, with proper ventilation and furnishing. All rooms are equipped with projectors, and top of the line furnitures. There is also a reception area, and labs are equipped with top of the line amenities. It also has a big canteen area, open to all, with foods, snacks and everything. With big windows and ventilation.

Faculty: The 4+1 year Bachelor of Dental Surgery BDS degree programme is aimed at creating the skilled and competent dentists who prescribe smiles. This faculty lets the students learn the comprehensive oral care to effectively diagnose and treat the oral problems of the patients. The curriculum of BDS consists of immense knowledge of oral diseases and their prevention & treatment. This degree programme is run strictly complying with the guidelines of Dental Council of India.

A well rounded campus experience.

Placements: 91% for B.Tech students for 2024, and MBA saw 100%. Salary package for B.Tech, the highest package offered was 1 Crore, and the average package offered was 4.6 LPA. Top recruiting companies were Amazon, Flipkart, Wipro, ICICI Bank, OYO, and a mandatory 1-year internship at Sharda Hospital.

Infrastructure: Smart classroom with digital board, projector, and audiovisual setups. Wi-Fi is available 24 hours a day for online classes and streaming. Safety management was also good, with a CCTV camera working 24 hours a day. Student feedback was very good. Noise levels were generally low.

Faculty: Professions often have 10+ teaching or industry experience. Programmes like B.Tech, MBA, MBBS, BBA, and law were included. Semester exams at Sharda University are generally considered moderately difficult, not too easy but manageable with regular study and attendance.

Other: I chose B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering, Business, because of my deep interest in technology. The best thing about your course was the practical, learning, and supportive faculty. Annual cultural fest -chorus, Tech & academic events. Campus crowd or diversity, scholarship or finance, support.
