But, they provide monetary help and special scholarships depending on the attributes and qualification of the candidates and the norms set by the university.For other students with great performance on academics or high entrance exam results may be eligible for partial scholarships where the university may sponsor between 20-50% of the tuition fees. Further, the scholarships are provided for the economically poor section either through government or private sponsors. AMSIMR also helps the students in availing the state or central governmental scholarships such as Maharashtra State Govt Scholarships for reserved categories etc.

The fees for SHO are normally is between Rs. 1,00,000/- to Rs. 1,20,000/- yearly for a single occupancy room which includes food, accommodation and few facilities. However, for shared rooms the fees are slightly lower depending on the station, from Rs 80000 to Rs 90000 per year. These charges include charges for food, accommodation, security, other essential facility/amenities in the institute. The hostel provides a suitable atmosphere for the students to continue with their studies as well as exercise their co curricular activities.

But, alumni of AMSIMR are employed in well-established organizations in different industry areas for example banking, finance, IT, and the marketing departments. The alumni are placed in various organizational posts across industries including managerial and executive jobs in HDFC Bank, ICICI Prudential, Wipro, Capgemini, TCS and Infosys.Alumni names are not that popular and not that many people know who some of the best students are, but the institute has a strong focus on the industry and employment, and graduates go into well established firms in the industry. The course structure and eligibility criteria entail minimum 50% in graduation (45% for reserved categories). As the competition is comparatively not so high as MBA Management Institute's entrance exam and moreover, the student has to fulfill the DTE's centralized admission process norms to get better chance.
