Shri Ram Institute of Technology (SRIT) Jabalpur has a mixed but overall good image from students' perspectives and ranking. The college is frequently appreciated on its fair infrastructure, good and experienced teachers (most having PhDs), and fair placement record, with TCS and Wipro being few of the firms that visit the campus. There are reports of good placement figures and, at the same time, complaints about the offers being on the minimum salary package. SRIT has an active campus life too, with some events and sporting events. Various rankings by India Today, The Week, Outlook, and Times of India give SRIT good standing as an engineering college in Madhya Pradesh. Some criticisms also involve attitude towards management and canteen food quality. Overall, SRIT seems to be a safe bet for engineering in the state, having academic, infrastructure, and placement potentiality aspects, although potential students should look at the divergent opinions and studies based on their own preferences.
