About Sinhgad college of Science.
Placements: Companies like Cipla, Coca Cola, Serum, etc. visit the college to recruit students. I got placed in KEM hospital as a researcher. The tentative percentage of the students to be placed from campus every year is approximately 70 to 80%. Placements cell takes extra interview preparation sessions. Overall, it experiences good packages ranges from 30 to 40K per year as a fresher, and for internships period, it would be 15 to 20 thousand.
Infrastructure: Students belonging from different States and having different cultures opted for admissions here. Mostly, Telangana students are found on campus. The campus is friendly and there is no discrimination regarding any race. There is a big campus with a cricket ground, a lawn, various cafe and a restaurant within it. Wi-Fi access is given to everyone and the classrooms are big with good capacity. Hostel rent is 80,000 per year which includes food and room. Daily cleaning and maintenance is done by the college. Many PGs have monthly rent of 12,000 outside the campus.
Faculty: There are approximately 8 lectures taken by middle aged to some old age faculty members. There are some faculty members who are Ph.D. holders and have done notable work in their field. SPPU University has our course, it is relevant to the industry having 5 subjects in every semester. Semester exams consist of 100 marks out of which 70 are for term end exams and 30 are for CT, MT exams.
Other: College fees is very affordable in which good facilities are provided. We have a famous annual fest in which many celebrities are invited by management.

Sinhgad college of Science review.
Placements: A better CGPA means more chances to get a job in college. Many students are placed in Cipla, Lupin, MyLab Discover Solution, and M.J. Biopharma in the R&D department in the roles of microbiologist & junior executive. The highest package is INR 10,000 per year. We all get internships at different companies, but the compensation given by companies is very low during internships.
Infrastructure: Firstly, campus is awesome. There are so many colleges on one campus but during events and festivals, they all come together to enjoy themselves. The Wi-Fi is available on the college premises and the library is big. Many students on campus, particularly in hostels, are addicted to smoking; be aware of this; many clashes occur between students; mess food is acceptable; canteen food is good.
Faculty: I am interested in pathology and microbiology, and once I told the faculty they would try to train me to get fit for those roles, our faculty qualified for a doctorate in microbiology. Courses affiliated with Pune University, one of the toughest universities in India, are very tough, so you need to prepare well for exams.
Other: We get scholarships from the Maharashtra government as per category and family yearly income.

Our college provided great placements in 2019.
Placements: About 80% of the students from our course got placed. The highest salary package offered in our course is 6.20 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 3.60 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 2.50 LPA. Top MNC companies like Accenture, Infosys, Concentrix, MindTickle and many other companies visit our campus for placements.
Infrastructure: Facilities are good in our department. Our department provides fast Wi-Fi connections for students. The college has newly developed labs and digital classrooms. It has a huge library of 5 floors, and thousand of students can sit at the same time in the library.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are well-qualified. They teach very well. They complete the syllabus on time and help students to learn new technologies. Teachers have a great experience of teaching. The course curriculum is good, and it makes students industry-relevant.

For Enjoyment it is good but its too costly according to quality of education.
Placements: Provides placements for many companies but do not take any extra activity for that as many students will be placed. Just informs students about placement drives. Response about drive is good from teachers. Never mentioned any idea about the placement preparation.
Infrastructure: Campus of Sinhgad Institute is one of the best campus in Pune according to me. This college is one part of Sinhgad institute. Whole institute have big campus. Infrastructure of this college is good but not better. Provides computer labs but not use full onle 3-4 computers can work properly in per lab. Library of Sinhgad Institute is very good. It has 5 floors as reading hall for students and so many types of books are available.
Faculty: In faculty member one 2 - 3 members are very good for communication. Not a good response from teachers as compare to college as popular. Some teacher teach very well some are advised to google it or search from yourself. Labs are not working properly but they get full charges of lab from students
College fee is too costly compare to others. As getting to much fees they are not providing that much quality of education. Forced to all students to join many not useful as well as paid workshops
Always arrange different types of event and told to students to pay for that event. Only good and interesting thing is every year in this college students celebrates all days like sarre day, traditional day, ratro day etc. And also through party for Freshers as well as seniors too.
Other: They are not give any scholarship to students. Every year institute celebrates cultural programme. Some times celebrities are come to compus to promote their movie.

Detail information about Sinhgad College.
Placements: There are a lot of companies conducting drives at our campus, so there is always about 500 to 600 students attending the drive. As there are too many students attending drive, the companies always put criteria to filter out students. The salary offered by companies is average, 1.8 to 2.4 LPA. There is a special placement cell which is organising these drives, but possibly one drawback for students is that they have to fit the criteria set by the companies to attend drive.
Infrastructure: Sinhgad College of Science is mainly recognised for its campus and infrastructure. There are a lot of facilities provided by the college, like Wi-Fi, one special 5-floor building for a library which is known as the central library, big cricket ground, 2 more grounds for sports. There are 10-15 canteens and 10+ mess on the campus. Generally, good quality food is served in these canteens and mess. Hostels are very big facilities provided by the college on campus. There are a lot of options for students of the hostel.
Faculty: The faculty are not that much knowledgeable and helpful. Teaching quality is also not that much good and effective. The faculty used very old teaching styles, and although they use the projector, it is not that much helpful for us. The ratio of student and faculty is 150:6. The faculty conducts no industry training or any visit.
Other: One special thing about our campus is Sinhgad Karandak in which students get a platform to show their talent.

Average college but some times it is good also.
Placements: Good college if you want to join the college you can .institute is good, campus is also very good, but some daily facilities are not available for students because of shortage. Placements is also good, 3 to 4 Lacs minimum package is there so if you are interested then you can apply for admission.
Infrastructure: Good infrastructure but some facilities are not available for students because of shortage. Also noise levels is very high in campus. Wi-Fi is not available, labs are there, classrooms are also good, libraries are open for 24 hours, sports facilities are not there, some canteens don't have a good taste.
Faculty: Faculty are good, behavior is something rude but still faculty are normal they just focus on marks they don't appreciate your talent and passion. Course curriculum is like they divide the semester and exam just to get easy, but courses are very hard for some students.
Other: Event fest is not there, campus has the huge crowd, connectivity is not good, campus surrounding is okay but not good, scholarship is not there, they don't conduct the extracurricular activities for some times.

Sinhgad College of science offers courses BSc in Computer science, BIOTECHNOLOGY, Microbiology , geology and for all the courses fees is same 39,000 for 1st year student.
