Supportive faculty, strong academics, limited direct placements, but good scope for higher studies.
Placements: A total of 34 seats are available for this course. UG placements ever placed are around 1.8–6 LPA. Infosys, Omega, and Vdart are the top recruiting companies for this course. About 80 percent are reported to be getting internships. Top roles offered in this course are zoologist, wildlife biologist, environment consultant, marine biologist, etc.
Infrastructure: The hostel facilities are satisfactory, with well-maintained rooms and basic amenities. Mess food is hygienic, but with limited variety. Medical support and first aid are available. Sports and other activities are encouraged, along with a gym which is free for students.
Faculty: Teachers are really friendly and create a calm environment around the campus, making it more homely. Teachers encourage other hobbies and activities along with studies and boost our confidence. Though the placements are limited, there is good scope for higher studies.
Other: I chose this course due to my strong interest in this subject and its scope for higher studies and career opportunities. The best aspects are the well-structured syllabus, knowledgeable faculty, and practical exposure. The campus hosts engaging events and fests, has a diverse crowd, good connectivity, and a pleasant environment.

The course curriculum is refined and straightforward.
Placements: From starting of the fifth semester students are eligible for campus placement. The highest salary of the college for this course is Rs. 15,000 - Rs. 20,000 per month. 100% of students get placement from this college. My plans after getting the degree are I get placement from this college and I want to do a job.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is really good according to the feasibility of the college. The labs, and lecture theatre are digitally equipped and modernized too. The washrooms are clean & hygienic, the management is great here in case you need assistance. Life at the campus is fun & wild, as there are so many extracurricular activities to indulge in. The college has the best societies, I was part of the economics society & I gained a lot after being connected to it.
Faculty: My relationships with both faculty and students in college are very positive. They are always willing to help with both academic and personal matters. I particularly appreciate Sohini Mam, my faculty member and program coordinator. She is always available to assist me with any questions I have and consistently motivates me, especially when I start to feel bored with my studies. In our college, we have four internal exams and one external semester exam.

I like the teaching methods and techniques.
Placements: From the final semester, the placements usually require students. Infosys, Omega, Vdart, etc., are recruiting companies. The highest package is 10 LPA, and the average package is 3 LPA. Most of the students did not get placed because most of them opted for research in my department.
Infrastructure: The facilities of room are good. It provides one bed, one study table, and one chair. Fan and balcony are good. But in summer, it feels like we are snacks and someone is frying us. The location of my room is on 2nd floor, and it very hard for me to go down for water.
Faculty: I chose this course as well as this university because this university is composed of all professional Ph.D. scholars who provide the best guidance as well. Students are divided into several groups as the class is composed of only limited seats. The ratio of faculty to students is 1:40. The university is also composed of several scholars who provide guidance as well as help in practical. Faculty members are all Ph.D. holders. They are all NET qualified and also doing their well-known research.

I am satisfied with my college, good infrastructure and facilities. I love this place.
Placements: In my college, at least 85% of students will select this course.
My course is exactly Bachelor of Multimedia Communication, but there is no option to select this course. My course, there will be so many opportunities in every company. And also, they give internships in so many companies.
Infrastructure: In my college, the classroom is good, and we also have a studio for news reporting. Also, there will be an audio system, and we will have their own lab for this course. Now there will be an audiovisual theater, which will be more useful.
Canteen foods are very good and my favourite food in the canteen is biriyani.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful to everything, but sometimes they will send the notebooks before the model exam. It will be more difficult to study; otherwise, they are very helpful and giving classes in an easy way.
This course will be relevant.
Sometimes the semester exam will be difficult and sometimes easy. I don't know the correct percentage of pass marks.
Other: I would choose this course because it is a multimedia course now, and so many opportunities are getting for multimedia courses.
In my course, there will be so many journalism papers.
In my college, so many fests will happen, and it will be more exciting. Campus surroundings are good-looking. Some of the scholarships I got in my college are Ch. Muhammad Koya, central sector, higher education, e-grants, etc.

I mostly like the campus because it is very ecofriendly.
Placements: Many companies are coming to the college. Every IT company, medical coding company, manufacturing company—100 companies more coming to my college. Many students attend the interview. 6000 students above selected the companies and before the interview out of the college placement cell, very training was provided to us. So training is also very useful to us.
Infrastructure: Hostel rent is moderate and affordable. We get food twice a day. The quality of food and menu is average. Initially, the application process for a hostel is online but once you get it, the verification and fee deposit process is offline. The nearby PG or room rent is four times higher than the hostel. Hence, hostels are very useful and good for students.
Faculty: Actually, I could say that we have been provided with the best syllabus for MSc botany. This year, on the basis of the first semester, we have been given the topic ethanobotany, which usually provides information about medicinal plants and their uses. Through these medicinally important plants, we can even cure deadly diseases like cancer, aids and many more, and we have been given genetics, molecular biology, biochemistry and all. This syllabus helps us to provide great knowledge that we can use in research works.

Review of Sir Syed College.
Placements: Our college does not offer any placements. Our college offers crash courses for several university entrance exams. Students are assisted in getting admission to premium campuses around the world. Our college conducts orientation programs for competitive exams periodically.
Infrastructure: Free Wi-Fi is available on campus. It also has a library but the books are old. Our college has a canteen with normal facilities.
Faculty: All faculty members are highly qualified, and the teaching quality is average. The opportunity for utilising the resources from our teachers is very less. Our course curriculum is average. Semester exams are average, and it is conducted by Kannur University.
Other: I chose this course for my further studies. The best thing about this course is that it has universal dignity, and our college has good value. It also has good community for students with better abilities. Fests are conducted but creative events are very less.

I am absolutely dissatisfied with the present management, which banished our freedom.
Placements: About 29 students were placed in our course. There are different salary packages offered for our course. There are no campus placements, but that's quite common among degree courses.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is not good. The hostel is average, with a lack of freedom. There is a great campus with lots of facilities, but the management restricts students from every aspect.
Faculty: Teachers are great and supportive, but the curriculum provided by the university and the exams are not good. Students don't get enough time in between exams, and there is no entrance-oriented syllabus provided. Our teachers try hard to overcome this.
Other: I chose this course because I liked mathematics-related subjects. The best thing about our course is our great faculty team, who give us the freedom to improve in every aspect of life outside academics. The only improvement I hope to see in our course is the syllabus. It is really distorted and not in a symmetrical fashion, which makes life hard for students who are eyeing higher studies.

Good infrastructure, good hostel, good and less strict and friendly faculty, and gym were available.
Placements: About 100% of students were placed in B.Com course. It was a very beautiful college. In our course, 90% are girls, and 10% are boys. There was a management quota and merit. The college fee for the management quota was Rs. 50,000. Many companies visited our college to recruit students from our course. About 85% of students from our course got internships in top companies.
Infrastructure: Hostel, Wi-Fi, gym, labs, classroom, and library were available on campus. Our college was NAAC accredited13 acres campus. It had good infrastructure and a good hostel so students can enjoy their college life. Cool industrial visits and tours can be gone with friends. But no campus selections and the canteen was poor. Very good sports facilities and a good library were provided by our college.
Faculty: Faculty members of our college were good. They were less strict and friendly. The teachers were very helpful and highly qualified. Sir Syed college had an incomparable campus life for students. Infrastructure was well managed. Faculty members were highly equipped with the subject knowledge as well the general ideas.
Other: B.Com is a very relevant course of study. This course equips one with the analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills to effectively identify issues, source information, and find efficient and practical solutions. After completing B.Com, the students can avail themselves of exciting and diverse post-graduate opportunities like MBA, M.Com. Now I am post graduated in commerce and doing B.Ed in commerce. There was a bundle of programs that happened in our college days in which most of the students got explored their talents and skills. Sir Syed had an important role in crafting the life story of every student.
