A review of School of Innovation and Management.
Placements: The School of Innovation and Management draws a legacy from the esteemed college, which is the G. Narayanamma Institute of Technology and Science. GNITS has been doing a phenomenal job since the last 25 years in placing students in top MNCs like Amazon, TCS, Delloitte, Microsoft, etc. The companies visiting GNITS will also hire SoIM students.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the campus is very lively, with auditoriums, seminar halls, sports grounds, and food courts. Classrooms are air-conditioned, spacious and well-designed with digital boards for uninterrupted power supply. The library is fully facilitated by books, computers and internet supplies.
Faculty: The faculty of SoIM is very experienced and holds very good expertise in there subjects. The teaching methods are very engaging and help students understand the concepts with real-time applications. The assessments and projects are industry-related, which prepares the students to be industry-ready. They also provide the certification in industry-required skills from Microsoft, Bloomberg and IBM.

Exceptional Campus, Professors and Innovation.
Placements: As this is the inaugral batch, we still did not sit in placements as of yet. However, from the very first trimester we were given full guidance and support in connection with potential internship opportunities and they help us with any assistance we many require from them. The college even helped us practice for these internship opportunities through many grounds of mock interviews.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure at SoIM is nothing short of impeccable. Nestled within GNITS campus, it offers a visually stunning environment with abundant greenery. Every corners you turn reveal beautiful trees and plants. The facilities are good, including swift Wi-Fi for browsing. The recently constructed library is an elegant space, consistently updated with relevant books. The top floor location of SoIM with teh GNITS campus provides a serene atmosphere conducive to learning. Overall, teh infrastructure provides a combination of aesthetics and functionality, creating an inspiring setting for academics.
Faculty: The Professors are highly qualified, knowledgeable and adept in their respective subjects. They possess extensive experience and willingly address our doubts both during and after classes demonstrating great patience. Their wealth of experience becomes evident in their supportive approach, always lifting us up when we feel confused and motivating us to excel. They actively promote seizing all the opportunities. Furthermore, the curriculum is updated to align with current trends and requirements. Guest Lecturers come frequently to teach subjects they specialize in. The projects given to us are engaging and innovative. They require us to tap into our creativity and push us to give our best performance.
Other: In addition to its academic excellence and top-notch infrastructure, SoIM has eight clubs. Every students is part of atleast one club and maximum, how much ever the student wants to a part of. The students are the ones who plan, network with connections, and conduct the activities and events. Each individual students holds a position of responsibility in every club they are a part of and have their own responsibilities they take care of. The students also conduct events regularly and ensure every individual participate and has fun while learning new things.
