Now the college name is changed by the new management from sree ernakulathappan to ICCS.

Placements: Placement was below average. At my study period in 4rth year there was an placement function in which there was company representatives visited the college to take interview of students. Companies like pinnacle, volkswagen, indus motors was in the placement function. Below 10 percent of students were placed.

Infrastructure: When it comes to infrastructure at that time was average but now the new rich management made improvements and made to international standard level. The college now has ISO certification. Now new hostel with more facilities was builded in front of the college which was I seen last year when I attended the supplimentary examination in my college, everything was improved very much now. Now the new management changed the name of college sree ernakulathappan college to ICCS college of engineering and management. Now the library, canteen facilities also improved very much. Also in the field of sports and games.

Faculty: The faculty was average. The teachers was struggling to finish the portions on time before semester exam at my study period. The pass percentage was below 10 percentage. But now I think the new management improved that very well. Semester exams was literally difficult which depends on the university. The college is affiliated to ktu university which is situated in trivandrum.

Other: I choose this course because of the high demand of the mechanical engineering course. Also I choose this college because of lower semester fees. Sports events, art events, fests will be held once in every year.

Sree Ernakulathappan college of engineering and Management has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses:

B.E. / B.Tech

Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects and Chemistry as one of the optional subject and secured the above mentioned percentage in the subjects taken together. In case, the candidate has not studied Chemistry, the marks obtained in Computer Science shall be considered. In case, the candidate has not studied Chemistry and Computer Science, the marks obtained in Biotechnology shall be considered. In case, the candidate has not studied Chemistry, Computer Science & Biotechnology, the marks obtained in Biology shall be considered. Candidates belonging to SEBC/ PwD category will have a relaxation of 5% marks in the qualifying examination. Applicants should have completed 17 years of age as on the 31st December 2020. There is no upper age limit. Result awaited students are also eligible to apply on provisional basis.
