We managed academics with professional teachers & friendly environment with bulk of our knowledge.

Placements: To enroll here, you need to get more than 50% marks. The highest package was 10 LPA, and the lowest was 2 LPA. Placement was guaranteed, with companies like TCS, Siemens, Tata, etc., visiting for recruitment. Roles offered included electrical engineering management supervisors, junior engineers, and CNC operators.

Infrastructure: There was good ventilation in classrooms and practical rooms, which were well-light. The management practical room, smart classrooms, computer lab, and machine learning room were available. The canteen was working and workshops with skilled teachers. The hostel facilities had friendly guards and a good security system.

Subhash Institute of Technology is situated in Giridih, Jharkhand.

Placements: About 10% of the students get placements from our college. Students get a salary package of 3 LPA in placements. Tata, BCCL, CCL and many others visit here. About 90% of students get internships from this course in Tata, BCCL and many open cast companies. The top roles offered to us are to handle employees in mines.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good in our college. Facilities provided by our college are not bad and up to the mark. Classrooms are good, and the labs are in good condition. But there is no Wi-Fi for students. I didn't know about the hostel facility because I do not stay in the hostel.

Faculty: Our teachers are very helpful to us and cooperative in nature. They have good knowledge which helps us in our studies. They treat us like friends so that we can interact with them easily. Our teachers are knowledgeable, so I do not get difficulty in passing exams. About 26 marks are required to pass in theory.

Other: I chose this course because I live in Dhanbad. Dhanbad is the coal capital of India, so I always have an interest in mining. Vacancies are the thing which I want to improve in our course.

Our college has the most helpful faculty members and good infrastructure.

Placements: I have completed B.Tech degree in mechanical branch. In our batch, there were more than 100 students, and more than 50 students got placed in 2014. Our college is not in top lists colleges as it is average, so top companies didn't visit for placements. I remembered that I participated in interviews of 2 or 3 companies like Honda, Micromax, Wipro, Ashok Leyland, etc. They offered a salary package of 2.50 LPA- 3 LPA.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure and facilities here are awesome. The number of colleges of Subharti University and our campus is spread over a huge area. Our hostel was very neat and clean. In the hostel, there are many indoor games like badminton, carrom, etc. The cafeteria is also available, which provides very hygienic food. The campus is fully Wi-Fi enabled, and there is a canteen.

Faculty: When I got admission in this institute, I thought about many things like teachers, facilities, and also I was very excited. Teachers are very helpful, and they not only help you in studies but also help with your personal things. There are practical labs where they taught us.

Other: I am a mechanical engineer. When I was in 9th and 10th standard, I really wanted to become an aeronautical engineer as I like machines. In the entrance exam, I was not qualified, so aeronautical engineering became my dream only. After that, I thought to pursue mechanical engineering, specifically in the automobile industry. So, I chose this branch. I got scholarships also by Jharkhand government because I am from Ranchi, Jharkhand. Sports activities and events are organised regularly in our college.
