Placements: Placement at college was better than in other branches of Symbios Law School. Possibilities for getting admitted into internships with assistance of college placement were only 40%. Most of the students approached themselves for internships and job vacancies. Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas, AZB & Partners, and maximum involved in the hiring process.

Infrastructure: Leave intimations were usually done by the parents or guardians of the students in prior. College insisted that some nostalgic rules be followed by the students in compulsion. They had introduced the process of collecting fines for violating the college rules.

Faculty: The terminologies used in the syllabus were much more difficult to remember and to memorize. But the lectures introduced some of strategies to improve the learning concepts of the students. Such strategies really helped the students like me to improve the examinations grades.

Pretty decent law college in Noida.

Placements: Symbiosis Law School Noida is one of the best law colleges in the country and thus attracts some really good firms from across the country for placements. It gives good opportunities to its students to be in-house counsels or to be placed in law firms.

Infrastructure: SLS Noida provides its students with one of the best possible and needed infrastructures it can, like well-stocked libraries and vast reading halls with great reference books. There is a well-equipped gym with great trainers. It also provides other facilities like central Wi-Fi and research tools.

Faculty: Holding a legacy of being one of the best since 2010, it has some awesome and great teaching professionals which makes our learning experience more interesting, easy, and intriguing. Curriculum is also highly relevant, teaching all the subjects of law needed as of today, and are basic to legal education.

Life in SLS Noida. Review about faculty, placement, and campus life.

Placements: Many students are interning and placed under top-tier firms and chambers, with the highest placement of 18 Lacs and an average of 10-11 Lacs. Top recruiting firms are Cyril Amarchand, Trilegal, Dentons Link, and AZB Partners. You have to do it with your efforts, and networking works most of the time.

Infrastructure: The SLS Noida campus size is quite small, around 10 acres. It has well-equipped classrooms with smart boards, projectors, and a spacious library with many legal databases, books, ebooks, etc. Unfortunately, there is no dedicated ground inside the campus, but students can access sports facilities at the Noida Stadium.

Faculty: The exact number is not known, but the college has a decent faculty strength. The quality of teaching varies. Some faculty members are excellent and very interactive, while others may not meet expectations. Overall, it’s a mixed experience. The attendance policy is very strict, and punctuality is strictly enforced.

Other: The college offers a vibrant mix of both co-curricular and extracurricular activities: The Pro Bono Club and Legal Aid Club actively promote social justice and legal awareness. The Moot Court Committee regularly conducts internal and external moots, enhancing students’ advocacy skills. Multiple clubs cater to diverse student interests, including dance, singing, dramatics, and debating. Cultural and academic fests are organized periodically, contributing to a well-rounded student life. Students are encouraged to participate in various committees and events, fostering leadership and teamwork.

Overall, the college is pretty decent.

Placements: The batch strength is around 300, 120 for B.A. LL.B. and 180 for BBA LL.B. The placements are honestly decent here through college, 8 LPA-10 LPA on average. But there is always a way to get a better package through PPO, i.e., above 12 LPA. The highest package was around 22 LPA last year, but it was through PPO.

Infrastructure: More or less, the infrastructure is good. The campus is not that huge, but it has all the facilities that are needed. There is no on-campus boys' hostel. There is a girls' hostel, but only till the 2nd year. The library is great, but there is no such sports ground.

Faculty: The faculty is okay here, some of them are great. As you move up in seniority, the quality of faculty increases exponentially. The Moot Court Society is the most functional in the college. Apart from moot court, the Legal Aid Society is also very active.

Placements: The college’s training and placement cell partners with Tier-1 firms and leading legal professionals to facilitate internships and placements. Students secure opportunities at Khaitan & Co., Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas, Ernst & Young, AZB & Partners, Trilegal, and others. In the 2024 placement drive, nearly 70% of participants got placed, with packages ranging from 4 LPA to 20 LPA and an average of 10 LPA. Most students join corporate law roles, commonly as junior associates.

Infrastructure: The college provides reliable Wi-Fi, well-equipped labs, air-conditioned classrooms, and a stocked library. Sports facilities are limited due to the campus size. Around one to three events are monthly, and the mess maintains hygiene and decent food quality, though many feel it doesn’t match the expectations, prompting extra spending. Attendance is strictly enforced with penalties for non-compliance, and both students and faculty adhere to a dress code. Rule violations are typically only a warning rather than harsher sanctions.

Faculty: Exams take place monthly and each semester, focusing on application-based questions that test conceptual understanding. While industry visits and field trips are rare, regular classroom debates center on practical case studies. The curriculum strikes a balance between academic rigor and extracurricular opportunities, fostering an industry-relevant mindset. Faculty are approachable, knowledgeable, and consistently available to guide students.

Other: The college’s extracurricular scene thrives on a student-run annual cultural and sports fest. Alongside several events throughout the year, offering hands-on leadership, teamwork, and event management experience. However, participation is hampered by bias and a lack of diversity, which undermines inclusivity. While the student body is varied, social divides and an occasionally unwelcoming atmosphere can make campus life challenging. Fostering greater acceptance of different cultures and backgrounds and actively promoting unity would create a more supportive, collaborative community.

College is good. I'm satisfied.

Placements: About 70% of students, who sat in placement drive were placed. The highest package was 20 LPA for the year 2024, and the lowest was 4 LPA. The average was 10 LPA. Top recruiting companies were AZB & Partners, Trilegal, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas, and Khaitan & Co. 40% of the batch got placed in different firms, and most of them were placed in corporate firms. Top role offered were junior associate.

Infrastructure: There is a huge library with an ample number of books. There are 2 computer labs which are available most of the time, college provides Wi-Fi network on laptops and tables. You must have an antivirus for this. The hostel is nice, there is only one girl's hostel available in the college. Hostel fees are approximately 3 Lakhs per year.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable, they focus on academics. Feedback from teachers is also there. Course curriculum is relevant to the current industry setup. Semester exams are tough. Our concept should be clear. Pass percentage is 40%.

Other: I chose this course because it gives me knowledge of law along with its approach to business.
