If you want to apply in any of these colleges you have to pay the application fee which varies across institutes. This fee is there regardless of your percentile.

8 years ago I have scored 82.39 percentile in CAT 17, BE with 8.56 CGPA, 10th with 8.4 and 12th with 75%. Can I expect a call with no work experience?

With 82.39 percentile, the chances are less for a fresher.
8 years ago I have an overall percentile of 59.85 in CAT 2017 and work experience of 2 years+. Is there any scope to get a call from LIBA and TAPMI?

Hi Shaunak,
With regards to LIBA, the previous year cutoff for CAT was significantly higher and it is highly unlikely that you will get a call. Good luck!

There is no reservation at TAPMI and chances are less to get shortlisted with 70 percentile in CAT.
