A value for money college in the heart of the city with huge potential.
Placements: Students of MUCC are not exceptionally skilled, nor are we provided with opportunities to upskill ourselves by the college. Placements provided by the college are below average. Less than 10 percent of my peers got placements that are suitable and lucrative. Local firms and small businesses usually recruit from here. Roles offered have no scope for analytical skills. Tata Consultancy Services is the major recruiter, amongst all companies. The offer is decent with internship opportunities provided. Professor Ajit Gaikwad is very helpful and is solely responsible for getting students placed. Accounting is a major role offered here.
Infrastructure: The college does not provide Wi-Fi for students. Classrooms are spacious and well-maintained. The library is very small with no privacy for students to read and study. Labs are primitive with old software and infrastructure. They are accessible to students at all times.
Faculty: Most of the staff members are helpful with academics. They also provide useful information and knowledge on current employment opportunities. However, exams are designed to be below average with little to no scope for analytical or logical thinking.
Other: The crowd is not good. Most students do not attend classes. Avoid the crowd if one wants to excel here. There are few to no events organised as there is no space to organise events. The crowd is rowdy and local.
