Vardham College of Engineering review by an ex-student.
Placements: In my course, around 80% of students have been placed until now (January 2026). Major recruiters are Darwinbox and Eightfold. AI and Evernorth for our college. The highest CTC in my course is 18 LPA (Darwin box), and the lowest is by Infosys (3.6 LPA). 5 students have got internships at Evernorth for Rs. 21,000 per month with free transport and food. Majorly, SDE roles are offered. Top recruiters are Infosys, Accenture, Cognisant, etc.
Infrastructure: Vardhaman has a very good hostel facility. Nice food and hostel security, gym, ground, etc. The hostel is available for both boys and girls, but the cost is very high (around 150,000). 3-4 members per room. AC is available in the room. Vardhaman has a clinic in the college, one doctor visits the college every day, and a sick room is available 24/7. The warden is very strict in the hostel. Girls and boys have different hostels, and the hostels are very near the college. Only one disadvantage of hostels is hostel fees.
Faculty: All of the teachers in Vardhaman College are M.Tech and PhD graduates. Vardhaman has a good student-teacher ratio (1:20, I guess). Teachers are highly skilled and publish research papers every year, and encourage students to publish papers. Here, NPTEL Certification is mandatory. Here, semester exams are not too difficult. You can pass easily if you listen to the classes. The pass percentage is around 70-80%.
Other: I wrote TS EAMCET and got a good rank (<10,000). For that rank, this is the best college, and after 4 years, I don't regret choosing this course. In Vardhaman College, fests are very rare, like 2 major fests per year called Ortus and Festronix.

I am satisfied with the college and am having a great experience.
Placements: I am yet to complete my course and am in the final stage. Placements are quite good for seniors. Various companies visit the campus. The selection percentage is good. Most MNCs visit the college. The average salary is 6 LPA, and the highest package seen is 54 LPA, but most students get average packages.
Infrastructure: Most of the infrastructure is good. All labs are well-equipped and accessible at all times. Core and computer labs are available, and every branch has all types of labs. The quality of food in the mess is good, clean, and reasonably priced. Sports and games are conducted at decent times during the year.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful and effective in teaching. They implement real-time teaching methods for every course. The curriculum is relevant and provides valuable information. Semester exams are moderately difficult. The pass percentage is around 82%.
Other: Overall, the college provides a decent experience. Students are satisfied with what they pay. The crowd and campus life are good.

The placements are not so good, and campus life is okayish.
Placements: There are not many good placements. Mostly, mass hiring is going to happen from service-based companies, but rarely do product-based companies visit the campus. So placements are not too good. Companies with 3 LPA to 5 LPA visit the campus more often in the 4-1 semester.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good, and the college hostel is also good and well-maintained. The food in the hostels is okay and good sometimes. The rooms are either six-occupancy or two-occupancy. The infrastructure is good. We also have an incubation center in our college.
Faculty: The faculty is okay. Some are lab assistants, and some are doctoral holders. Lab assistants also teach core subjects, but they sometimes lack knowledge, which is not good. If we complain, the management is not going to change the faculty members.
Other: The events are good. The technical events are very good, and sometimes the non-technical events happen once a year, like concert night, etc.

Overall a good college experience with great academics.
Placements: For the 2023–24 batch, placements in my course are good and around 82 percent of students got placed. The highest package is 52 LPA, the average is 6 LPA, and the lowest is 2 to 3 LPA. Many top companies visited our college, including Accenture, Deloitte, Capgemini, Cognizant, TCS, Infosys, Salesforce. There are a few who got internships on their own, and the college is promoting internships as well. Top roles include software engineer, data analyst, data engineer.
Infrastructure: Our campus is spread over about 15 acres with 5 academic blocks, canteen, mini auditorium, library, and auditorium. The overall infrastructure is good and clean. There are dedicated labs for every important course. As an ECE student, in our block there are costly kits for the experiments in labs. Wi-Fi is poor, classrooms are good but not benches. There are SMART classrooms as well (3 or 4). The quality of the facilities in the college hostel is excellent, and the food is top notch. But it is costlier to stay in the hostel. Sports and games are excellent, and events like Tejas, etc., happen.
Faculty: Teaching quality is good. Yes, the teachers are qualified in Ph.D. too, and some teachers only explain with PPT. But yes, by considering majority teachers, the quality is good. The courses are relevant but it may not make the students industry ready. It makes 50 percent ready, I would say. The semester exams are probably easy when compared to OU paper, as our college is autonomous. Pass percentage is 70 to 75 percent.
Other: I chose ECE course to balance between both software and hardware. The improvements may be college benches, and teachers should make students industry ready. Events and all extracurricular activities are excellent.

It is strict and studies are good, and placements are also nice, but you need to work hard.
Placements: Placements are around 70%-80% of students got placed. They also provide internships. Top recruiting companies are Infosys, TCS, Wipro, Cognizant, and startup companies. Top roles are software developer, data analytics, system engineer, business analyst, test engineer, and marketing analyst.
Infrastructure: Our department has Wi-Fi enabled in the classroom, good labs, hostel that provides decent rooms, a mess with hygiene and good food, and a canteen that offers more options at a higher price. There is no campus area to explore, there is no time for sports and games to participate, overall, I did not like it.
Faculty: Not bad, teaching is not good, everyone passed, but the semester duration is very short, teachers are not very helpful, poor qualification of faculty and poor knowledge, poor teaching quality, there is mostly industrial relevant information, and the pass percentage is 85%-95%.
Other: It is a specialization that can improve placement and training, events are not conducted.

I can say that the faculty is more responsive to help students.
Placements: The course I'm pursuing includes a total of 120 students. The college placements are good with a package of a minimum of 3 LPA and a maximum of 6 LPA. The college encourages a lot of recruitment companies, but the college can place only few who are extremely skilled.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is great, along with the faculty. We have a huge library with lots of books and grounds too to make us stress-free. The canteen in the college is awesome with tasty food at a reasonable price. The classes are huge, but the only thing that is lacking is the MBA.
Faculty: The lecturers are highly talented, and they show the best route to achieving our dream. But the semesters are difficult to clear due to regular exams. We are having internal exams every 1.5 or 1 month, where we need to write 2 papers in a day, and these marks are added to the sem.
Other: I chose an MBA to become a professional financial employee. The college also offers huge events to relieve our stress.
