You will get internships and placement in India in some reputed companies like kpmg dshaw wipro tech mahindra etc but student exchange programmes are not here.

For eligiblity you need 70%tile in CAT,MAT,XAT,CMAT. 50% in grad. So based on the info provided i guess you are eligible. And yes, XIME is a very good college faring just behind IIM-B

No international internships are not provided and for the placements it is centralised the students of kochi go to Bangalore for the final placements many reputed national companies come for the placements.
