YES Education has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses:

Courses	Eligibility
MBA/PGDM	Candidate must have completed graduation from any recognized University.
B.A.	Candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized school/board.
B.Com	Candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized school/board.
B.E. / B.Tech	Candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized school/board.
B.Lib.I.Sc.	Candidate must have passed graduation from a recognized University/Institute.

No, you are not eligible for the 3-year LL.B. Course in India if you have completed a Diploma in chemical engineering. Yes, Rajarshi Shahu College of Engineering, Pune accepts JEE Mains score. The JEE Main Round 2 Closing Rank 2022 (General-All India) was 54765 for BTech in Computer Science.
