YES Education has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses:

Courses	Eligibility
MBA/PGDM	Candidate must have completed graduation from any recognized University.
B.A.	Candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized school/board.
B.Com	Candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized school/board.
B.E. / B.Tech	Candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized school/board.
B.Lib.I.Sc.	Candidate must have passed graduation from a recognized University/Institute.

Yes, you can pursue an MS in Computer Science abroad in various streams of Computer Science, be it information technology or computer applications. German universities accept BCA graduates from India for an MS in Computer Science. You should always check with the university regarding the eligibility

No, you are not eligible for the 3-year LL.B. Course in India if you have completed a Diploma in chemical engineering. The Bar Council of India (BCI) has relaxed the eligibility criteria for the 3-year LL.B. Course and now allows candidates who have completed a Bachelor's degree in any discipline to

Yes, Rajarshi Shahu College of Engineering, Pune accepts JEE Mains score. The JEE Main Round 2 Closing Rank 2022 (General-All India) was 54765 for BTech in Computer Science. Similarly, for Information Technology and Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, it was 67134, and 98370, respectively

You are droped out graduate person so you need to wait for the first year admissions to rejoin again if you want to study in abroad you can do it by following the procedures as soon as possible
