Bangalore University is all set to sign MoU with US University
Bangalore University is all set to sign a MoU with a US based university, Georgia College and State University. The purpose of this MoU is to strengthen the academic infrastructure and online education, which will smooth the progress between the professors and students of Bangalore University and Georgia College. If you are a management student in Bangalore University (BU), then get ready to attend an online class by a professor from Georgia College and State University from state university. 
Delegates from both the institutes participated in an interaction during which they identified their areas of interest such as Online Education, which will facilitate the terms of interaction between the professors and students of Georgia University and Bangalore University.
Associate Provost for Academic Affairs at the US varsity, Tom Ormond, said that the intention of the delegation was to share knowledge, resources and expertise. The two academic bodies have also discussed about a Summer Discovery workshop, which would work as an exchange program as well as an international study tour for MBA students in 2012.
Some other areas of interest are widening the scope of the four-year BS course offered by BUB, and of postgraduate courses in business administration, management information systems, and accountancy and law were also discussed.
