ETS to grant 10 scholarships to Indian Students

Educational Testing Services (ETS) has announced 10 TOEFL scholarships for Indian students with a total scholarship amount of USD 70,000. The scholarship award is applicable for students pursuing graduate or undergraduate programs for the academic year 2012.

Out of 10 scholarships, four scholarships amounting to USD 10, 000 will be allocated for pursuing higher studies in countries such as USA, UK, Canada and Australia. Rest of the six scholarships amounting to USD 5,000 will be granted to students for study at any college or university listed in the TOEFL destinations directory.

Walt Macdonald, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, ETS stated that it is for the third year in a row and the company is delighted to offer the TOEFL scholarship program in India and it is also associated with the mission of advancing access to high-quality education worldwide.
