Government Exams
Competitive examinations are held in India for recruiting the suitable candidates for jobs in most of the public sector organizations. These competitive examinations are held in various stages and at different time of the year. The eligibility criteria for the competitive examinations also differ.

Most of these examination follow a multi stage approach of evaluating a candidate. There is one or two rounds of written tests followed by group discussions and Interview. Most of these test intend to gauge the mental calibre of the candidate.
