IGNOU appoints new Registrar
The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has appointed Mr. Ashok Kumar as the Registrar of Material Production and Distribution Division (MPDD) of the university. 
He holds an experience of 16 years in the University and was serving as a Joint Registrar in the same division before.
He holds Master Degree in Business Administration from the University of Delhi, two other master degrees in Sociology and Political Science, Bachelor Degree in Law and PG Diploma in Distance Education from IGNOU.
During the period of 16 years in the University, he has worked in administration division, academic co-ordination division, students registration and evaluation division, electronic media production center, distance education council, finance and account division.
