NICMAR Entrance Test 2012

National Institute of Construction Management and Research (NICMAR), amongst the leading educational institutes was established by the Indian Construction Industry. The NICMAR entrance test 2012 is being conducted from 09 January 2012 to 15 January 2012 for admission into various full-time on-campus courses such as- PGP ACM (Post Graduate Programme in Advanced Construction Management), PGP PEM (Post Graduate Programme in Project Engineering and Management), PGP REUIM (Post Graduate Programme in Real Estate And Urban Infrastructure Management) and PGP IFDM (Post Graduate Programme in Infrastructure Finance, Development & Management).
The admission process is inclusive of the following steps:
- Rating of Applications (RA)
- Written Test
- Group Discussion (GD)
- Personal Interview (PI)
Qualifications:
The students to take this entrance must qualify the following criteria:
- Candidates must have a degree in Engineering or Architecture, from a recognized institution.
- Students seeking admission require securing over 50% marks at graduation level. Final year students can also apply.
The written test will be divided into four sections viz. Data interpretation, Quantitative and Analytical Ability, English Language and General Knowledge. Students who have a valid CAT/GATE/ GMAT are exempted from this round which may vary. The exam will take place in Pune, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Delhi, and Kolkata centers.

- Date of Admission Process (Test, GD & PI): 09 January 2012 to 15 January 2012, Monday to Sunday
- Date of Declaration of Admissions Results: 24 January 2012 Tuesday
- Last Date for Payment of Tution fees(1st Installment): 09 March 2012, Friday
- Date of Commencement of Programmes: 09 July 2012, Monday
- The students must visit the official website for results on 24 January 2012.
