Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) conducted the National Entrance Test (NET) for admission to the 2013-15 batch for 39 of its master's degree programmes. These programmes are offered at its Mumbai, Hyderabad, Guwahati, and Tuljapur campuses.
TISS NET 2013 results are expected to be declared by 8:00 pm on February 1, 2013.
TISS NET 2013 was conducted online on January 13, 2013. The candidates who appered for the exam could apply to the minimum of one and a maximum of five programmes across the four TISS campuses, with a maximum of three programmes from TISS Mumbai.
Candidates who crack the TISS National Entrance Test 2013 will have to appear for the pre-interview test and Personal Interview rounds at TISS Mumbai campus from March 7 to March 20, 2013.
Candidates, who are selected to more than one programme after all the rounds, will be offered programmes in the order of preference.
Final selection of students for all the programmes will be announced on the TISS website on April 12, 2013.
Commencement of M.A. programme in Elementary Education will take place on May 13, 2013 while all the other programmes will commence on June 10, 2013.
