The Symbiosis International University (SIU) announced the SLAT 2026 Result on January 15, 2026. Candidates who appeared for the SLAT 2026, which was conducted on on December 20, 2025 and December 26, 2025, can now check the result by visiting the official website, slat-test.org. Candidates must download the SLAT 2026 result in the form of a scorecard which is required for the Personal Interview and Counselling Round.

SLAT 2026 is one of the important and main exams to get admission to one of the four SLSs, of India. The exam is conducted in various cities every year and a number of aspiring students try to get admission in their desired SLS.

Based on the SLAT score, candidates are then shortlisted for the Personal Interview Round, after which the admission process is completed and selected candidates secure a final place in the college. 

SLAT 2026 is conducted to select students for BA LLB and BBA LLB in reputed colleges. The total score for the exam is 60 and the test is conducted in two slots, Slot 1 and Slot 2 that have easy to moderate difficulty range.

Students should keep in mind the below mentioned points regarding the SLAT 2026 score:

• SLAT 2026 is conducted on two dates in December. Students can appear in both the exams. To calculate the final percentile, the higher score is considered for the student.
• The SLAT 2026 cutoff will depend on how difficult the exam is and no of the students appearing for it
• A score of over 45 is generally considered safe that can ensure students of getting admission in SLS Pune.
• The admission to a law school also depends on the student’s performance in the Personal Interview round and not just SLAT score.
• SLAT cut off may differ for each category. So, it is important for students to check the eligibility.
• Categories like SC/ST/Differently Abled get lower cutoffs (e.g., 32-38), whereas candidates from the General category need more scores to clear the cutoff.

English Language, Legal Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and General Knowledge/Current Affairs are the five topics that are included in SLAT 2026. Each section has 12 questions carrying 1 mark each.
• Students should engage in extensive reading and writing to enhance vocabulary.
• Students should strengthen English topics like grammar rules, tenses, speech, subject-verb agreement etc.
• Students should solve SLAT mock tests along with previous years sample papers to grasp full knowledge on question patterns and question types.

 The SLAT 2026 score may vary for different categories and colleges. The score is determined by various factors. Some of them are listed below:

• The difficulty level of the SLAT 2026 exam determines the final cut off and score.
• The cut off score largely depends on the number of applicants appearing for SLAT 2026 entrance test.
• The number of seats in colleges also decides the SLAT score. If the seats are less, cut off is higher, and in case if seats are high, cut off will be lower.
• SLAT 2026 has a reservation policy for SC/ST and OBC, along with Differently abled sections. The cut off too is different for reserved categories.
