FMS Delhi Placements 2020: Highest package of Rs 58.6 lakh offered

The final placement process at FMS Delhi ended successfully. The highest package offered at the institute went as high as Rs 58.6 lakh per annum for the batch of 2020. With the highest ever average salary of Rs 25.6 lakh per annum, FMS has achieved 100 per cent placements. As compared to last year's placements, the average package went up by 11 per cent. The median package offered stands at Rs 23.4 lakh per annum. There has been a 42 per cent rise in the number of consulting offers made and a 36 per cent rise in the number of PPOs from last year.

This has been for the first time when 75 per cent of the placement at FMS offers made were above Rs lakh per annum with an average package of top quartile at Rs 37.3 lakh per annum. 33 per cent of the students got placed in Strategy, General Management, and Consulting domains. Eminent firms offering roles in the segment were EY, Flipkart, Kearney, McKinsey & Company, Shell, TAS, Xiaomi, ABG, Accenture Strategy, Airtel, Bain & Company, and Capgemini. The Operations/IT/E-commerce sector got 26 per cent of the total offers from firms such as Flipkart, Freshworks, Go-MMT, Infoedge, Microsoft, RBS, Amazon, American Express, Cloudtail, and Delhivery.
