MBA Program of IIIT-A selected for Dewang Mehta Business School award
The Masters in Business Administration (MBA) program of Indian Institute of Information Technology, Allahabad (IIIT-A) has been selected for the prestigious 19th Dewang Mehta Business School award. This award is given in recognition for leadership, development, innovation and industry interface of business school. 
The Indian Institute of Information Technology, Allahabad (IIIT-A) is one of the most prestigious institutes in the country. It is a center of excellence in Information Technology and allied areas.
Pankaj Mishra, Spokesperson of the institute stated that IIIT-A has bagged this award for the second time. The award would be given to the institute at a ceremony which is scheduled to be held on 26th November, 2011 in Mumbai.
He said that the awards are supported by Shaila Mehta-director, Onward foundation for Dewang Mehta awards and chairman of the jury is Dr Prasad Medury, Partner, Amrop International and the patron is Harish Mehta, chairman and managing director, Onward Technologies.
Director of IIIT-A, Dr M D Tiwari, has expressed his joy over the situation and said, they are happy that the MBA program of the institute has been appreciated in the business school sector across the country as well as abroad.
