Mystory@Sachin Kumar: How I chose my course and career path – Challenges and learnings
I always wanted to have different kinds of experiences in life. After 10th, I pursued my Class 12th in Science. For Bachelors, I shifted my base to Arts and completed my graduation in Arts. For my Masters, I completed my MBA in HR.
Even though I pursued and completed MBA, I was bad at my communication skills. I couldn’t speak English properly and this was the reason I suffered across all the jobs I got. And this was not the only reason. There were plenty of other reasons as well.
As of now, I am still struggling. I am still trying to put together the knowledge from my degrees I have in hand. I feel, I still do not have a good understanding of the same.
Currently, I am working at a call center and try to look for another job. I guess, I need to learn through my experiences.
