Placements: Various retail companies visit our college to recruit PGDM retail management students. Some of the top recruiting companies here are ITC, MakeMyTrip, HDFC Bank, Amazon, Shoppers Stop, Pantaloons, Amul and many more. From the 2021 batch, approximately 95% of the students got placed in good companies.
Infrastructure: Great facilities are provided both on the campus and in the hostel. The quality of food served is also good here. Wi-Fi and medical facilities are available for students 24x7. There is also a student lounge for students on the campus. Separate girls and boys hostel facility is provided with a gym, common room, recreation area and many more facilities.
Faculty: The course outline effectively integrates the latest and relevant industry concepts along with practical assignments, presentations, live projects, guest sessions, etc. Research work can also be done under the guidance of faculty members in the field of interest. Faculty members are very humble and knowledgeable.

The institute is value for money for MBA students.
Placements: The placement structure is decent. In the year 2020, 75-80% of the students got placed. The highest salary package offered was about 12 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 6 LPA. Some top recruiting companies were Deloitte and Aditya Birla Group. All students got internships in good companies, and some of them got internships in startups. Some top recruiters for the internships were Big Bazaar, Amul, etc.
Infrastructure: Facilities and the infrastructure are available for our course like Wi-Fi. There were some labs wherein you could do all your work easily and peacefully. Classrooms are decent and have some modern digital tools. In the library, you can find any book of your choice and can read peacefully as the discipline of the library is way too good.
Faculty: Teachers were very helpful, and they put their all efforts while teaching. Some teachers were very good that they would make you do some role-plays and many other things practically so that you get the best out of it. All the staff members were highly qualified and were from some of the topmost institutions such as IIT, IIMs, and some of them were even IAS. The curriculum is very practical, and it makes you industry-ready. For students who didn't work hard, exams would be very hard. In this college, you have to take things seriously.
Other: I had chosen this course because I wanted to start a business in the retail sector. It was very important for anyone that before starting any business, you should have the proper knowledge. The best thing about the course was that it covered all the important aspects in my mind and got cleared afterwards. I wish our college to reduce the burden of the assignment and deadline related to it in our course.

The college provides ample opportunities to build a successful career.
Placements: The top companies that come for recruitment are Amazon, Godrej, HUL, ITC, Aditya Birla Group, Axis Bank and many more. 100% of placement assistance is provided to students after first year. The average salary package offered to the batch 2019-21 is 8 LPA. More than 90% of students of batch 2021 are placed in reputed organizations.
Infrastructure: Jaipuria maintains a high standard infrastructure both in college and its hostel. Classrooms have projectors for advanced and enriched learning. High-speed Wi-Fi facility is available in every corner of campus. Libraries also have Kindle for students who want to check for resources digitally. All the necessary facilities are ensured in the hostel. Food quality is moderate, with many choices and variety on the menu. Various sports facilities are available on campus.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful and qualified. They focus on every student and give practical examples while explaining concepts. Various guest sessions are conducted to ensure students understand the market scenario from the perspective of a professional. The course outline is up to date, which involves various assignments, field visits and case studies.

Placements: Around 95-96% of the students of our course were placed in well reputed companies.
The highest package is 18 lpa, average is 6-7 lpa and the lowest is 4 lpa.

Top roles offered are Sales manager, product manager, marketing executive, sales executive, retail manager etc.

This course offered by Jaipuria is absolutely relevant and make students 100% industry ready as they let their students give a complete exposure of the industry which makes them industry ready.
Other: I chose to do this course because I want to become a good problem solver as a company not only want a good manager but a good problem solver. This course totally transforms and enhance your personality and makes you industry ready.
Due to these difficult covid times, we are not getting a complete exposure to field and industry which we used to get before. But with passing time, Jaipuria will definitely improve this as COVID has impacted every college in this respect.
Jaipuria is a college that is not only famous for its high quality education but also for its events, fest, campus crowd, connectivity etc. There are many big events that take place here such as Ojas that highly engage our students.

Infrastructure: Institute has a Wi-Fi facility, water coolers on all floors with separate washrooms for boys and girls. The classrooms are very comfortable with well-equipped facilities of ACs, projector, whiteboard as well as recording of lecture is also done for future reference. The library consists of not only course related study material but also has access to various case studies and Kindle is also provided for e-books. The institute has its own cafeteria which serves delicious food which is both healthy and hygienic. Students lounge is also there where students can spend their leisure time with well-equipped table tennis facility and TV as well. For medical assistance, facility of a doctor in the campus is also available.
Hostel facility is also available for the students. Different hostels for both boys and girls with proper security system is there. Both the hostels are located in close proximity to the institute. Food served is of very good quality and special menus are there on festive occasions. The mess has proper seating arrangement for all the hostelers and the cleanliness is very much taken care of. Time to time cleaning of the rooms also take place. Hostel also has medical facilities for the first aid and in case of serious issues, institute also has a tie-up with Chandan hospital.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and friendly. They all are very much qualified and they impart the knowledge in not only theoretical terms but also use a well-rounded approach to give a practical exposure of the same. Also time to time guest lectures by the people from the corporates help in enhancing the knowledge and getting access to the real feel of the work cultures of different organizations and sectors.
Definitely it makes the students industry ready as the curriculum not only includes theoretical knowledge but also comprises of various practical experience through live project opportunities that can help in application of the theoretical knowledge gained in the classroom.
Other: I chose this course because it helped me in becoming more professional as well as it made me aware of the working of the corporates. It made me ready to be a manager which will not only enhance my overall career but will also help me to become an asset for the organisation I'll be working with.

A lot of events keep taking place round the year some of them include the annual college fest, sports events, national & international alumni meets, etc. Campus is located in one of the poshest areas of Lucknow I. e. Gomti Nagar with proper connectivity to all parts of the city including railway station, bus stand and the airport. Institute has its own scholarship programme and it also has another scholarship programme in collaboration with IDFC First Bank. Extra-curricular activities like chain pe charcha, language club, yoga and meditation club, etc. are there.

Faculty: All the teachers in Jaipuria institute of management Lucknow are highly skilled and are Ph.D. holders from top universities of the country and abroad. The faculty members are very supportive and there is a mentor- mentee programme in which a particular faculty will guide a group of students whenever the student requires help. The course curriculum is highly relevant. The college not only provides theoretical knowledge about the subjects but practical experience is also provided to the students in form of live projects, case studies, simulation classes, design thinking classes, guest sessions, various outreach programs and internships.
Other: I choose this course because I want to prepare my self as industry ready personnel and want to have a hands-on experience in the respective domain so I choose this course in order to hike my career and see my self growing. The campus is providing all the relevant things required by a MBA personnel so according to me their is no areas in which my course have to improve. The college provides bundle of events every month starting from talaash, freshers, committee events, annual fest- OJAS, Annual spirts fest- Mashaal and other events too. Each and every month the college provides with minimum 2-3 events which can be served as opportunities for growth. The crowd of the campus is highly good. Students from all over the country come to join the college. The students have to pass from certain qualifying rounds before the final admission into the college. Connectivity- the campus has connections with various industries and corporates and government bodies like LMRC. Various seminars are organised in college by these industry personnel to give idea about working of corporates and their culture. Scholarships- IDFC First bank scholarships, other scholarships in the basis of the performance of students in MBA entrance exams. Extra curricular activities- Student excellence council, Music activities various clubs, sports activities, various outreach programs and many more.

Hi Sajal,
PGDM-RM is a specialized program, if you want to build up your career in retail industry, FMCG and overall in marketing domain, then retail management, has its edge. But if you are open to any industry and to be precise any domain- HR/finance/ marketing then PGDM is a better option.
