Atal Bihari Vajpayee Medical University, UP, Lucknow (ABVMU) has released the UP Applied & Healthcare UG admission from May 2, 2026. The application form is available online. Candidates who wish to get admission to undergraduate programs in Allied & Healthcare colleges in Uttar Pradesh can fill and submit the application form by June 05, 2026. The authority will open the form correction window on May 30, 2026.

Age:

Students must be of 17 years on or before 31st December 2026.

Education qualification:

• Passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology (Botany & Zoology) from a recognized board.
• Obtained 50% (40% for reserved category) marks PCM and passed English individually.
• PCM students can apply only for B. Optometry and B.ASLP (Bachelor in Audiology and Speech Language Pathology).
• Students from State Open School are recognised by the state government, and the National Institute of Open School (NIOS) is recognised by the central government.

UP Allied & Healthcare 2026 Merit List

The authority will release the merit list for UP Allied & Healthcare admission 2026 online. The merit list will be based on the marks obtained in Physics, Chemistry and Biology in class 12th. ABVMU will prepare a combined merit list and a category-wise merit list. Aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology / Mathematics / Computer Science / Statistics / Electronics / Psychology marks will be considered to prepare the merit list for Bachelor of Optometry / B.ASLP.

UP Allied & Healthcare 2026 - Inter-se-merit

While preparing the merit list, if two or more students have the same marks in PCB / Mathematics / Computer Science / Statistics / Electronics / Psychology, the authority will use inter-se-merit for tie-breaking. Below is the process.

• First preference will be given to higher marks in Biology / Mathematics / Computer Science / Electronics / Statistics / Psychology will be given first preference.
• If the tie persists, preference will be given to Chemistry marks, followed by
• Physics marks followed by
• Still tied, preference will be given to Older students 
• Last preference will be given to the class 10th marks percentage.

UP Allied & Healthcare 2026 Counselling

The authority will release the notification regarding UP Allied & Healthcare counselling 2026 online after the declaration of the merit list. Candidates whose names will be mentioned in the merit list shall be considered for the counselling process.

UP Allied & Healthcare 2026 Admission

• The admission will be based on merit through counselling.
• The qualifying candidates have to pay an admission fee for UG Allied & Healthcare courses. The fee must be paid within the prescribed date. If the student fails to do so, they will lose the claim to the course.
• Candidates have to join the course within the prescribed period.
