Asian School of Business newly launch BCA, BBA, and BCom (Hons) programmes are CUSAT-affiliated and aligned with NEP 2020.
The Asian School of Business (ASB) Thiruvananthapuram has started the application process for three job-oriented undergraduate programmes for the academic session 2025. The three programmes are being offered in emerging technologies like AI, Data Science and Digital Marketing.
The programmes which are being offered are BCA (Hons) Data Science and AI, BBA (Hons) -Digital Marketing and E-Commerce and BCom (Hons) -AI and FinTech. These programmes are affiliated with Cochin University of Science and Technology (CUSAT) and are aligned with the National Education Policy 2020.
Asian School of Business Course Details
The institute is offering several programmes, including BCA, BBA and BCom.
1. The BCA programme provides strong foundations in programming, statistical analysis and machine learning. Students receive over 20 hours of practical instruction every week, addressing around 200 practical issues. Students are also exposed to tools such as Python, R, SQL, TensorFlow, and cloud platforms, as well as AI capstone projects.
2. The BBA Hons in Digital Marketing and E-commerce programme gains hands-on experience in e-commerce website creation, graphic design, search engine optimisation (SEO) and other aspects of digital marketing. Students will get experience in platforms such as Figma, Tableau and Power BI to improve their employability in the digital marketing and e-commerce domains.
3. The BCom programme in AI and FinTech is another programme being offered by the institute. Students appearing for this programme will get hands-on training in financial reporting, personal income tax filing and GST filing, along with learning the AI decision making, robo advisory and investment portfolio management being the assence of this programme.
