ICAI CA Form Correction Window Open from Today for January 2026 Exams
Candidates who have registered for CA January 2026 exam can edit their form from today. The CA form correction window is now open. Check here how to edit the application form.
ICAI CA form correction window for January 2026 exam is open from today till November 22, 2025. Registered students can edit their application form, if required during this window.
The CA January 2026 exam registration process started on November 3 and the last date to apply for it was November 19, 2025. The application window was open for all three courses – CA Foundation, CA Intermediate, CA Final.
During the form correction window, students can change their test city option, medium of exam and course group. No other field of the CA application form is editable.
How to Edit CA Application Form?
CA form correction is a one-time process. Changes made during this process will be considered final. Check below how to edit CA application form for Foundation, Intermediate and Final.
- Go to https://eservices.icai.org
- Login with your ID and password
- Click on CA application form 2026 (your course)
- Go to editable fields
- Select ‘changes required’ option
- Review changes and verify with OTP received in mobile and email
- Upload a scanned handwritten application, signed by you (in relevant format)
- After submission, print the acknowledgement form
Form correction process is free and no fee is to be paid for it. This is an optional activity and students must do it only if required. CA examinations will be held between January 5 and January 24, 2026. Admit cards for all three courses are expected to be released in the second week of December 2025.
