Tetr College of Business has announced a global scholarship for high-performing gamers, offering up to 100% tuition coverage for its undergraduate program in business and entrepreneurship.

As per a release by the College, the scholarship is open to individuals who’ve demonstrated excellence in gaming - whether by competing professionally in titles like Valorant, Call of Duty, Roblox, Fortnite, and Minecraft, winning major tournaments, or earning over $5,000 through streaming platforms including Twitch, coaching, or competitive play. Applicants must submit a portfolio detailing their achievements and a statement of purpose outlining their business aspirations.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited for interviews with Tetr’s admissions team. Applications are open until October 30, 2025, at studentsupport-ug@tetr.org.
Gamers around the world are already proving themselves as entrepreneurs by building powerful personal brands and unlocking new revenue streams. In India, Naman Mathur, popularly known as Mortal, has grown from a professional esports athlete into a business leader and co-founder of the esports organization S8UL, with a reported net worth of over Rs25 crore. Internationally, Richard Tyler Blevins, known as Ninja, became one of the highest-earning streamers globally by turning his Fortnite gameplay into a full-fledged media brand, securing sponsorships, book deals, and appearances on mainstream platforms. These examples reflect the kind of trajectory Tetr aims to support where gaming talent, when combined with structured education and global exposure, becomes the foundation for long-term business and brand success.
“At Tetr, we believe the next generation of business leaders will not only come from boardrooms but also from livestreams, digital communities, and creator platforms. Today’s top gamers are already entrepreneurs. They are building audiences, monetizing content, negotiating partnerships, and scaling brands in real time. With this scholarship, we want to formally recognize gaming as a legitimate launchpad for business leadership. By combining their creative hustle with Tetr’s global curriculum, mentorship from industry veterans, and access to venture capital, we aim to help them take their impact to the next level - whether by launching companies, designing products, or shaping global culture” said Pratham Mittal, Founder, Tetr and Masters’ Union.
Through this program, scholars will strengthen their business, media, and leadership skills by attending classes at institutions such as IIT, NUS, and Cornell. They will gain first-hand exposure to diverse global markets like Singapore and Milan and learn how to develop content, products, and platforms that resonate across audiences and cultures.
Their experience will be enriched by mentorship from faculty at Harvard, MIT, and INSEAD, along with guidance from industry leaders at SoftBank, NASA, etc.. Together, these experiences provide a pathway to grow as entrepreneurs, creators, and brand builders in a connected, digital-first economy.
