The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has announced a final extension for the online submission of the Teacher Directory, an important step for the evaluation of BSEB Intermediate and Matric Examination 2026 answer sheets. The Principals of recognized secondary and Senior Secondary level schools can now upload or update teachers' details between January 30 and February 3, 2026. This extension follows the previous November 2025 deadline and addresses recent administrative shifts, including teacher transfers and promotions to headmaster or principal roles.

BSEB Exams 2026 - Important Points for Schools

• New Deadline: January 30, 2026 – February 3, 2026
• Submissions must be made via: teacherdirectory.biharboardonline.com or biharboardonline.com 
• Eligibility: Only principals of currently recognized and affiliated institutions are authorized to upload data; those with suspended or withdrawn affiliation are barred from the process.
• The Board has urged all District Education Officers (DEOs) to ensure full compliance within this period to avoid disruptions in the examination work and the upcoming evaluation cycle.

Bihar Board Exam Dates 2026

BSEB will conduct the BSEB Class 12 exams 2026 from February 2 to 13, 2026 while Class 10 exams 2026 will be held between February 17 and February 25, 2026 in pen and paper format. The students can check the BSEB time table 2026 PDF online on the board's website at biharboardonline.bihar.gov.in. The BSEB exams 2026 will be held in two shifts, in the morning from 9.30 am to 12.45 pm and in the afternoon from 2 pm to 5:15 pm.
